同朋友仔一共四人想吃中菜,來試試這間小店一坐低店員就推介魚米之鄕,鍾意食魚的我一於試試魚好大條(說有兩斤重)是沙巴躉,魚肉好滑,仲有魚湯好鮮味,鮮味得來又唔會腥,同枱朋友唔係好食魚都話好味還試了咕嚕肉,肉不會太多炸粉,外脆內軟,好有肉味,又唔會太酸,超讚!!避風塘鮮魷,呢個又係好惹味,炸得好乾身,又唔會好咸,正!!梅菜蒸菜心,食了咁多肉一定要食下菜,好少食蒸菜,配上梅菜配搭新穎,顯得菜心非常鮮甜,又唔會蒸得太老,好味道鴛鴦炒米粉,米粉配上粉絲來炒,炒得非常乾身不油膩,好愛吃這種米粉好飽之下店員還推介了他們的馳名杏仁茶,是用杏仁新鮮磨制,非常滑溜,還配上蛋白,好養顏非常豐富的一餐,又同朋友傾得好開心,好適合三五知己聚聚,會再來啊

梅菜蒸菜心,食了咁多肉一定要食下菜,好少食蒸菜,配上梅菜配搭新穎,顯得菜心非常鮮甜,又唔會蒸得太老,好味道


鴛鴦炒米粉,米粉配上粉絲來炒,炒得非常乾身不油膩,好愛吃這種米粉


好飽之下店員還推介了他們的馳名杏仁茶,是用杏仁新鮮磨制,非常滑溜,還配上蛋白,好養顏


非常豐富的一餐,又同朋友傾得好開心,好適合三五知己聚聚,會再來啊

招牌鎮店之寶魚米之鄉大沙巴龍躉(約2斤重)$458: 2斤魚十分足稱,魚肉很嫩滑又厚肉,魚皮更彈牙,濃濃的魚湯非常鮮甜又不會腥,值得一讚;內有淮山初看以為是蘿蔔,十分清甜,雲耳爽口,炒米通是上枱之後才鋪上面,這樣就不會太腍,名付其實既《魚米之鄉》!

第一次光顧,吃午飯,點了:1瑤柱福建炒飯($78)送小食份量很大,飯底炒得香,上面鋪滿了醬汁和帶子粒、豬肉粒、冬菇粒、紅蘿蔔粒等豐富食材,味道很不錯。小食是麻辣蓮藕粒,味道較淡。2原籠荷香金銀蒜蒸龍躉飯($88)送原盅燉湯以往在其他食店以差不多的價錢點過類似的蒸飯,是個小蒸籠,而這店用的是大蒸籠,米飯多,龍躉也多,蒸籠一上桌,我們傻了眼,兩個人不可能吃得完。這飯不但份量多,味道也好。米飯和魚片的上面鋪了滿滿的金銀蒜,蒜味滲入魚片和米飯中,很香,魚片肥美,又很嫩滑,好吃,飯略嫌濕了一點,荷香也不足,不過整體來說已很不錯。湯是雞腳瘦肉湯,清清的,也算不錯。3冰鎮鮑魚( $28 )這冰鎮鮑魚價錢平,但淡而無味,不好吃。總括來說,除了冰鎮鮑魚以外,這店食物不俗,環境服務也好。
