今日放工老媽子唔想煮飯咪同一家人一齊出街食飯。屋企人當然想食中菜,咪陪下佢地,去間久仰大名嘅名煌金閣食下上海野,結果完全冇失望。第一道前菜係金磚豆腐粒,外皮炸得好脆,入面豆腐非常滑,份量仲要好足,好抵食第二道菜係雞煲翅,我地四個人叫左半份已經足夠。啲翅入哂雞味,好惹味。主菜係魚米之響,即係沙巴龍躉。啲魚非常好肉,又滑,冇乜骨,仲有啲米通喺上面。啲魚湯仲可以飲,真係好正。下一道菜係大澳蝦醬唐生菜煲。啲生菜入哂蝦醬嘅味,又唔係好油,真係好惹味。我哋再叫多個荷香金銀蒜蒸龍躉球炒飯。依道菜依然做出水準。荷葉香入哂炒飯。魚又滑又冇骨,正!最後甜品叫左四個生磨蛋白杏仁茶。依個甜品非常有驚喜。我以為會好甜,原來唔係,反而好重蛋白味,非常啱我口味。最後講下依間餐嘅服務。侍應點菜上菜時非常殷勤,不時問我地有乜需要,所以服務上我俾滿分!價錢黎講我地四個人食左大概$1200。以咁高質素嘅食物黎講算係物超所值。所以整體黎講我對今餐嘅評分係9分!

最後講下依間餐嘅服務。侍應點菜上菜時非常殷勤,不時問我地有乜需要,所以服務上我俾滿分!價錢黎講我地四個人食左大概$1200。以咁高質素嘅食物黎講算係物超所值。所以整體黎講我對今餐嘅評分係9分!

平時好少會去長沙灣呢頭食嘢,今日咁岩去到嗰邊做嘢,就順便喺呢度食埋夜晚,順便觀摩一下長沙灣呢頭有啲乜嘢美食經過元州街見到呢間地舖嘅海鮮好似好吸引咁,尤其是係餐牌上面呢條「魚米之鄉」,完全吸引咗我哋入去食飯一坐低未睇餐牌我哋已經叫定左呢條兩斤嘅沙巴龍躉~佢上菜嘅時候浸住魚湯,而且放咗啲炸米上去條魚到,而且仲係上菜之後喺我哋面前先至放上去,所以絕對香脆新鮮!講返條魚,魚肉真係好滑,而且完全冇腥味,就連個魚湯都係一啲腥味都冇,而且仲好新鮮好好飲!而且啲炸米雖然有啲已經浸咗落啲湯度,但係依然係好脆好好味😋不過可能因為我哋同時叫咗其他嘢嚟食,所以呢條兩斤嘅魚對於我哋四個人來講就相對地比較多,下次如果我哋再嚟嘅話,可能會試吓叫返一斤,然後再叫多啲其他嘢食!小菜方面都有一份炸豆腐,佢炸得外脆內軟,一粒一粒咁食好可口我哋仲叫咗一份夏果黑椒安格斯牛仔粒,牛仔粒嘅份量比我想像中少咗啲,不過煎得好入味,黑椒味好出另外一份豉椒炒大蜆,亦都好有鑊氣另外值得一讚嘅就係呢個鍋燒鮑魚雞粒炒飯,飯炒得粒粒分明,而且調味適中,鮑魚粒同埋雞粒都好均勻咁分布喺成個炒飯入邊,令到人食唔停口最後我哋叫咗份生磨蛋白杏仁茶做甜品,杏

一坐低未睇餐牌我哋已經叫定左呢條兩斤嘅沙巴龍躉~佢上菜嘅時候浸住魚湯,而且放咗啲炸米上去條魚到,而且仲係上菜之後喺我哋面前先至放上去,所以絕對香脆新鮮!講返條魚,魚肉真係好滑,而且完全冇腥味,就連個魚湯都係一啲腥味都冇,而且仲好新鮮好好飲!而且啲炸米雖然有啲已經浸咗落啲湯度,但係依然係好脆好好味😋不過可能因為我哋同時叫咗其他嘢嚟食,所以呢條兩斤嘅魚對於我哋四個人來講就相對地比較多,下次如果我哋再嚟嘅話,可能會試吓叫返一斤,然後再叫多啲其他嘢食!

相信大家也十分清楚深水埗,有不少人氣美食,但是行過少少大概5分鐘的路程,長沙灣也有一間裝修得十分之好,你坐得又十分舒適的中菜大家可以嘗試一這個砂礓雞分雞肉更加之細嫩,也充滿了砂礓的味道,令雞肉踏上了另一個體驗.紅燒豆腐也是我另一個最喜歡的中菜豆腐十分之細滑好味道.涼瓜炒牛肉十分之有鑊氣,苦瓜十分之爽口,沒有半點苦的感覺,水準之作.星洲炒米條條分明,加上了海鮮,令這個米粉十分之不平凡最後自家製的杏仁茶,也十分之細滑,令這餐作出了完美的句號.
