最近半年尖沙咀都開了幾間甜品糖水舖,研香應該就是最新嘅一間,用自動落單機買咗碗熱嘅合桃露加湯圓,甜度揀咗日本代糖(因佢寫住甜度約相等於半甜,等咗大約5分鐘就有得拎,買一碗糖水比咗一個大到可以放個女裝鞋盒嘅foodpanda紙袋我,仲要走埋餐具。食物方面合桃糊不夠滑仲有幾嚿似渣嘅糕狀,應該是無用篩網隔渣,這點絕對要改善,至於甜度方面半甜好似零甜咁嘅,湯丸就OK。選擇方面款式唔算多,定價方面算是合理。

Honestly wanted to try this since the line outside is always long. Prefer to buy takeaway though as the wait is relatively shorter. We got the sesame sweet soup and the mango sago sweet soup which were both quite pricey for desserts at $48 HKD.The sesame was thick but not too sweet, just the way I like it. The poster there says that it is made from Japanese sesame, not sure if that's what made the difference but the sweet soup was not too

專程為咗開心果露同埋芝麻糊而嚟開心果露一啲都唔幼滑,就咁睇都已經見到好多一粒一粒,明顯冇隔過渣,食落味道似栗子多過開心果,叫咗半糖,甜度叫做適中個芝麻糊真係極差標榜磨咗八個鐘,但係好多好多一pat pat, 同樣叫咗半糖,但係芝麻糊完全冇甜味不特止,仲非常之苦,可能佢三種芝麻溝埋一齊之後就係會苦掛。。。我同朋友都唔覺得係香,係真係苦,再問佢攞咗糖水,加咗之後成碗希咗,苦味仍然都係有,而且真係實在太多一pat pat,我近乎有啲食到想嘔,真心佳佳個芝麻糊無論味道定質地都好過佢一百倍PR可能做得好好但係質素完全唔係嗰回事真係好失望名副其實又貴又難食絕對係不可一不可再想試嘅朋友我會勸你三思

每年生日月總要到一間從未吃過的餐館品嚐,恰巧遇上舊同事到尖沙咀相約晚飯,我提議飯後到厚福街上的研香吃甜品,一行人又贊成,於是就前往一試。早在社交平台上,得知它是扒房Top Blade Steak Lab的副線,但也得一試才知道質素是否跟扒房一樣的高。到店時已有不少食客在門外等候,即使取了籌號也得等候約10分鐘才入座。可能不少人剛吃完晚飯就到店吃甜品,所以店內座無虛席,熱鬧得很。店內主打傳統糖水,主要以糊類例如芝麻糊、核桃糊為主;也有新派一點的甜品,如鮮果冰,甚至楊枝甘露也有。只是,我仍偏好傳統味道,還是來一碗核桃糊好了。吃傳統糖水,特別是糊類,最怕是那種死甜的味道,但這個核桃糊即使是正常甜度,也沒有想像中的死甜,也因為這樣,仍可以吃到淡淡的核桃香。更重要的是,糊中仍可隱約見到磨碎了的核桃粒,足以證明是真材實料,童叟無欺。從來都覺得,越是簡單的東西,越要用心去做,要做出水準來更是難上加難。一碗核桃糊,確是可以給都市人苦中一點甜,似乎它跟主線Top Blade一樣,也是高質素的一家甜品店。吃完我也不禁「派like」給店員,畢竟這是對店家的一點肯定。

星期六下午路過厚福街,突然醒起近排睇到介紹話條街開咗一間糖水店,見未要排隊就即管一試。試咗芒果冰同開心果露,芒果冰夠晒果味,但略嫌細碗,開心果露就有非常濃郁嘅開心果味,值得一食再食,有機會下次會試埋腰果露同芝麻露。

今日突去食左個開心果露 龍眼冰 ,榴連冰,蛋白杏仁茶,楊枝甘露😠😠😠😠開心果露 勁重花生味 好少好少嘅開心果味 個碗得7成龍眼冰太甜 食幾淡就停左食唔到 太甜上面啲珠珠好似吹乾哂咁⭐️⭐️蛋白杏仁茶 杏仁果好淡 蛋白好少⭐️⭐️楊枝甘露 芒果就幾粒 柚子得少少 食幾啖得反啲水🥲搞唔掂⭐️仲有我問個職員半糖同代糖有咩分別 佢竟然話代糖比半糖再少啲糖。聽完呆左😅😅😅😅呢個價錢唔算貴 但係味道真係差啲我諗下次都唔會再去食
