見到點讚人數高,所以今天決定一試午膳結果十分失望,並且下午回不了辦公室一共三人用手機QR code點了三個餐,所有餐均配有前菜、沙律、麵豉湯、茶碗蒸蛋、及飲品一杯. 菲律賓籍說英語的侍應手上托盤有三個茶碗蒸蛋,她放下兩個轉身離去。我叫也叫不住,她完全沒覺得自己漏了一個沒有放低;另一說廣東話的侍應行過,我截到她,想問一問為何只有兩個茶碗蒸,並且告訴她那位侍應漏放一個;怎料我未完全將問題說完,她便說:「我們跟電腦出單做嘢」……. 我呆住,即是我漏了入單還是我錯了什麼?番查手機並沒有錯,這已令我覺得很奇怪…….. 我們就只有茶碗蒸蛋,前菜沙律湯也沒有到. 隨後,兒子的和風脆皮雞扒先到,望落去已很失敗,脆皮消失,只見一層很厚的汁在雞扒上。再一會,我和丈夫的餐也到。丈夫的忛立貝三蟹丼飯,帶子沒鮮味,蟹肉乾的,好象蒸乾水過了火. 我的花楽壽司盛盒也叫人失望,帶子壽司只有半粒,size比其他壽司細一半;玉子卷也散開,三文吞拿甜蝦全部沒味道. 吃了一半,那些前菜沙律麵豉湯突然送出來. 沙律菜帶有一些魚的刺生味道,估計是處理食物不當,mix咗其他食物沾了味道,引致沙律菜帶有腥味. 我們加了一份小食 鱈魚

吃了一半,那些前菜沙律麵豉湯突然送出來. 沙律菜帶有一些魚的刺生味道,估計是處理食物不當,mix咗其他食物沾了味道,引致沙律菜帶有腥味. 我們加了一份小食 鱈魚乾,但也令人失望,部分鱈魚乾帶有燶味,好明顯是翻烤並過火.
最令人驚嘆的是 ……. 我們舉手叫埋單,另一菲籍侍應行過,便將她手中的單給我們付款。這麼快咁有效律?其實那是隔離枱的單,單上顯示是4位.
全部人馬虎了事,日本菜定食其實可以用和式托盤出菜,客人便可以一次過吃食物,他們也不用行那麼多. 但他們賴system order processing問題,好明顯不用心,沒找出問題所在。眼見今天整間餐廳每枱客都覺混亂,食完主菜但也未有湯未有沙律.

食物質素,服務水平,完全不合格
離開時本人胃部更有點反胃,為安全起見,都是回家WFH,肚痛去自己私人洗手間 總好過用office的public washroom.

朋友相約過來北京一號飲Sake,原先筆者以為是一間Sake Bar ,到來才知此食店源於將軍澳,最近在尖沙咀開分店,一於跟衫尾,過來八一八⋯⋯由於Happy Friday ,未夠七點酒友都到齊,立即開餐。其實當晚吃了很多下酒配搭食物,但酒精影響之下,筆者拍少了食物照,見諒。四人望海卡位,感覺相當唔錯。我們預先訂了VIP 房,一行八人自成一角,飲吓食吓傾吓,舒舒服服地,咁就開了四支清酒⋯⋯由於筆者最遲嚟,酒友開了第一支清酒,經唎酒師介紹,此乃磨到二割一分,山形縣美山錦100%使用,精美步合11%, 先用100小時磨到精米步25%之後再用特製精米機磨到11%,可想而知粒米幾硬淨,歷時120小時,單單是飲其手功,已值回票價。有時候,真係要同朋友聚餐才可分享到如此美酒。鄉乃譽  純米大吟釀 -老子號品牌的招牌貨式,一直都很想試,淡麗辛口,清爽怡人,佐餐的好拍檔。嚟到依個時候,筆者已只影酒相,忘了聽酒友介紹⋯⋯御代榮奧之手~他們最後還開了這支一升瓶,真是不得了⋯⋯清晰透明度,口感順滑,微辛口偏酸度,餘韻夾雜陣陣旨米香,惹人討好。米奇生𧐢/赤崎生𧐢$108/隻~𧐢配Sake 真係冇得輸。燒牛舌~下

整體來說:
VIP 自成一角,相當有私隱度,遠望海境,就算坐大堂出面的卡位也是享受。

清酒很有質素,有尊業唎酒師團隊坐陣,清酒配食物,還是食物配清酒,在這裡會不自覺地樂在其中,會令你覺得清酒才是主角。

去到TST,想找一間望到海的餐廳食下午茶就搵到這間花樂。見窗邊還有座位時,就入座。日本菜餐廳座位闊落,環境舒適。一入內就見到酒吧,櫃內有不少清酒。望著這景象進食下午茶,心情都會舒暢些。兩人order一個和牛拼稻庭烏冬連雞翼及炸物拼盤。和牛稻庭烏冬好大碗正常發揮。日式炸雞好入味,個人喜歡連沙律醬進食。日式炸物拼盤有炸蝦、炸蠔、炸雞各兩件,炸物香脆可口,送酒一流。我們另外加左時令清酒,當日清酒牌子是朝日鷹。可以chill 一 chill 。加左個花茶嘆嘆,享受下。
