網燒和牛:用嘅係極級A5飛驒牛,牛肉油脂分布均勻,做到入口即化嘅口感,而且醬汁嘅味道唔會搶走牛肉所帶嘅肉味。


海膽魚膠天婦羅:天婦羅你炸衣夠薄,亦都好香脆,外形做到好似卷物,但入面唔係用飯,而係用魚膠代替,所以食落更有口感。
壽司
真鯛:爽口淡味嘅白身魚。
赤貝:爽脆嘅口感,加埋青檸汁嘅清新酸味,更能帶出其鮮味。
金目鯛:魚油香濃,配埋新鮮磨嘅柚子皮碎,可以中和一下魚油所帶嘅油膩感。
伊佐木:味道鮮甜,亦係較高脂肪含量嘅白身魚。
縞鰺:肉質細嫩爽口帶點油香。
平目:肉質鮮嫩,魚味較清淡,配埋經燒過嘅平目魚邊,令魚味變得更濃更香。
八角魚:因頭部呈八角形,所以稱為八角魚,味道極為鮮甜,配埋亦都好鮮味嘅魚子醬一齊食,鮮味十足。
小肌:呢款魚必須要用鹽同醋漬過,可算係江戶前壽司嘅代表魚。味道因醃漬而影響,我個人認為口度嘅醋漬係做到剛剛好,唔會搶走魚肉嘅鮮味,亦有醋酸嘅味道。
大拖羅:係拖羅中最肥美嘅部位,油香四溢,入口即化嘅口感,正好有壽司飯,可以中和一下其油膩感。
室根海膽:用嚟自北海道嘅室根海膽,師傅用香脆嘅紫菜將海膽包住,
江戶前玉子燒:雞蛋味濃郁,味道帶甜,口感嫩滑。
湯:係清雞湯,湯身無多餘嘅雞油,入口清爽,仲有一粒由師傳手打嘅免治雞肉丸,用料豐富,令口感都有多種嘅層次。
甜品:有兩款用綠茶做嘅甜品,分別係綠茶蕨餅同埋綠茶布甸,仲有靜岡蜜瓜。綠茶蕨餅配黑糖,香甜Q彈,布甸口感滑溜,兩者都布有濃郁嘅茶香,而靜岡縣嘅蜜瓜出名清甜,可以中和一下整頓飯嘅油膩感。
