近年在內地十分流行吃椰子雞鍋和烤魚,香港離內地的距離也愈來愈近了。使用港珠澳大橋,很快就能到達珠海,之前乘坐高鐵,20分鐘就能來內地返回香港!內地那間很有名的椰子雞我當然都試過,不過味道真的不是真的那麼好吃,被人吹捧得太厲害。得知香港竟然也是了椰子雞專門店,真的要去試試比起內地的是否會好一點。以火鍋店來說,裡面的環境很寬敞呢,牆身還有一些椰子樹的圖案,果真有椰子雞專門店應有的特色呢。椰子雞鍋有數款,有分半隻和一隻。椰子雞鍋專門店中的煲仔飯店也很有名,這裡有3款。比較常見的有手工丸類,平時在火鍋店也吃過不少,如果吃完椰子雞鍋覺得高質素的話便下試試它們的手工丸類。反而飲品的種類挺多,除了一般的飲品,還有不少特飲,例如雪梨茶、冷泡茶、沙冰和珍珠,很吸引,反而其他的火鍋店沒有那麼多的飲品種類。 手拍青瓜 $48 黑雲耳 $38先來了兩份小食,一份是手拍青瓜,一份是黑雲耳,份量足夠,味道辣辣的,但是溫度清涼,吃進口感覺好滋味,夏天吃最適合不過了,用於拌飯也挺好。還有另外一種菜式是黑雲耳,我向來很喜歡吃雲耳,爽口之餘又有益。然後是主角椰子雞,椰子的數量頗多,應該是海底椰?海底椰向來給人的印象都很清

先來了兩份小食,一份是手拍青瓜,一份是黑雲耳,份量足夠,味道辣辣的,但是溫度清涼,吃進口感覺好滋味,夏天吃最適合不過了,用於拌飯也挺好。還有另外一種菜式是黑雲耳,我向來很喜歡吃雲耳,爽口之餘又有益。

然後是主角椰子雞,椰子的數量頗多,應該是海底椰?海底椰向來給人的印象都很清甜,也有清熱作用,不知從何時開始人們把海底椰拼雞肉當作了火鍋的種類。雞肉弄熟後還算嫩滑,而且雞骨部分很多,是新鮮雞而不是冰鮮雞無誤。

這間店最高質素的是杞子元肉雪梨茶,在外面現在其實都很少機會能喝到天然的茶類,多數也是放了很多糖的,這裡的一喝進口已經覺得十分清新,可能真的沒有怎樣放糖在裡面。

成日聽人講椰子雞好熱門,一於去試一試。黎到呢間係彌敦道的,好易搵。入到去服務員好熱情招呼同介紹,我地叫做原味四季椰子雞,窩蛋牛肉煲仔飯,前菜有雲耳同辣青瓜,仲有雪梨水。呢度招呼好好,水都唔使我地倒一杯。個湯底係椰子水,好新鮮好健康,比起我地已前食個d雞煲,健康好多。倒左d雞落去,煮5分鐘即刻食得,每張台都會有個漏斗,比你計時,等你唔會煮得太耐,d雞老晒。個個牛肉煲仔飯認真一流,好好食,好濃味。我地個晚坐窗邊,仲有景看。

深センのココナッツ鶏鍋美味しいよー!と噂では聞いていたが、深センに行く機会がななかなか無くて、調べてやっと香港にもお店が出来たと知りすぐ行きました。駅から近いし、分かりやすい所にあって、ココナッツの甘さ加減も丁度良く、鶏肉との相性がすごく合ってて美味しかった〜🤤店員さん達も親切で、また来たいと思います😀😀😀今まで香港で火鍋を食べた後の服に付く匂いが気になって、服装に寄って火鍋を避けてたが、ここでは服に付く匂いがそう気になる事なくて、良かったです👍🏾

我本身對椰青湯厎唔係特別鍾意,但個湯底的確清甜,唔太重椰子味,雞既質地嫩滑唔肥,好健康嘅火鍋!😋 食完雞後,就將我哋order 左既其他火鍋材料加入,有:肥牛,韓國蚌,手打墨魚丸,蝦滑,特長皇帝蟹柳,豬紅等等。。 (寫唔曬😂)真係好好味!😛


已經飽到頂住個胃,突然出現兩鍋煲仔飯(臘味和排骨)。嘩,心諗點食呀,但係鍋飯既香味和飯焦令我即刻唔記得咗飽既感覺,個飯好入味特別系臘味煲,飯焦又香又有咬口,正 👍🏻!記住下次預留個胃食煲仔飯。最後還有個驚喜甜品:椰汁奶凍
真係好滿足既一餐!

最正係個鍋底,百分百既清甜椰子水做湯底💯🥥 等啲湯滾起就可以放啲雞件落去🐓 得意之處係每枱都會有一個漏斗,個漏斗漏完5分鐘後,啲雞就啱啱好食得啦🤤 哩度既雞唔算肥嗰種,脂肪比例少,緣於因為啲雞食椰子大㗎,所以係會較為健康👍👍

講真成日打邊爐又辣又咸,有時都幾唔健康。今次食呢個鍋絕對唔怕唔健康😂。個湯底係用椰青水整,入面有竹笙,椰子片,同埋佢有得揀半隻雞或者全隻雞 可以睇住人數黎定份量。 個食法係首先將啲雞件倒落去滾,等佢五分鐘,就可以開蓋飲個湯,個湯飲落去非常清甜 ,飲完湯之後再食啱啱滾起嘅雞。火鍋配料我哋嗌咗一碟牛小排,炸響鈴同蔬菜拼盤。 最特別係佢加水佢係加椰青水,睇住佢成個椰青倒落去,睇落都健康呀!雖然食落好似好少咁樣,不過其實都好多,因為又飲湯又食雞又食牛,再加上我哋之後試埋佢個煲仔飯。臘味煲仔飯入面有臘肉臘腸潤腸,再加埋啲豉油再焗一焗佢, 簡直係冬天嘅補品呀,食完個身暖粒粒再加埋啲飯焦簡直係幸福滿瀉。最後,飲埋杯雪梨水,真係潤到冇得再潤啦!
