因為海港城coupon就快過期,咁打算去這家grill house諗住用左佢,點知坐低才講set lunch唔用得優惠喎,是但啦既來之則安之照食好了。咁其實這裡午餐又唔算貴,3 course都係$248,house wine就$68一杯;頭盤我選左吞拿魚,魚冇問題但配菜有幾粒chili就over power囉好辣呀,然後主菜是烤豬腩肉,肉質唔算好軟淋不過有油脂搭救,倒是外層烤到好堅硬餐刀唔太切得到;整餐最滿意係甜品,焦糖和朱古力本來就係絕配,慕絲蛋糕好滑好濃郁。講真這裡環境係唔錯既,不過overall食物水準就真係好一般,海港城咁多選擇都應該冇下次。

整體來說,我個人覺得在尖沙咀想食高級餐廳又有想取回同等價值,要靠彩數🤔

相對而言有點失色,叫了medium但有點太生,可能因為牛太薄怕overcooked. 但調味剛好,而且不會咬不開,肉質柔軟但牛味不算太濃,下次試下dry-aged左既可能會再好味啲。

Overall 我覺得都相當不錯,但價錢大部分都去左個景到,野食不算最一流但可以接受。情調同氣氛都還好,係有時有啲音樂有少少嘈。服務都好好,還不錯👍

Tasting Menu之外我想分享埋其他散叫既食物同一啲細節。我哋就5:30入座,呢個時間唔錯,可以睇到日落直至食完飯天到黑晒,睇埋個靚靚夜景☺️ 咁啱今晚唔算多客,我地5:30坐到8:30😆店員全部都係外籍人士,記得要講英文啊😛

Been here twice already and quite impressed both times! This time I went with my dad and we had crab and scallops lasagna and French bean and watercress salad for starters. The crab and scallops lasagna was a new dish, and it really wasn't anything like a lasagna but was rather crab & scallop pate sandwiched between thin sheets of pasta, topped with sea urchin and dressed with sea urchin sauce. It was very rich in umami, quite interesting in texture but definitely delicious! For mains we ordered the chicken & truffle ballotine with seared foie gras and the dry-aged UK beef fillet. I couldn't quite taste the truffle in the chicken ballotine and it was just alright, I liked the foie gras better. We actually chose the UK beef fillet over USDA sirloin or ribeye because UK beef is much less common here in Hong Kong and we wanted to give it a try. As we all know the fillet or tenderloin is a lean cut so it's not about the marbling, but contrary to popular perception of fillet being "mild" this one was actually very flavourful. In terms of texture it was tender but of course not as soft as say wagyu. Both of us were really satisfied with the beef and were please we made this less popular choice. Finally for dessert we had the buttermilk basil pana cotta with strawberry jelly, which was very creamy, simple yet good. Highly recommend this place whether for dates or gathering with friends or family. Will probably be back!

We had a great lunch in the restaurant, except ordered for the dessert ;apple tart, we had ordered the set lunch plus two wine and additional dishes on cost over 3000$ hkd for 2 people.

we had the last order for the apple tart as I am a apple crumble lover, I made special trip to here try out the apple tart for dessert, unfortunately we could not finish that as we had too much food ordered for only just of 2 of us. We requested to take away the tart as we already ordered that, the server has already present it to our table and cut it in front of our table, however the server took the tart away and told us is not allowed to take away unless we finished the half portion of it. It is absolutely surprising us and pissed off on how they said it to us. It is not about the $ we spent, it is about our experience, we had anticipated on the tart as finishing of our lunch, and server just took that away and told us not allowed being taken away, and even we wanted to eat in-house needed to be finish HALF potion. Seriously ?we were almost 95 % full stomach and we still willing to tried the tart, and however we encountered such unbelievable experience for first time ever. We asked few times why would that happened as we would like to pay for it and take the rest have it later, especially they already cut the tart in front of our table, they said just the rules of not allow take away. In order to waste it they are NOT allowed customer to take it away, this rules are never apply on any 5 star hotel restaurant and end up we saw the chef in kitchen are having that tart while we were leaving restaurant... amazing experience ......
