Firstly, the sashimi includes seasonal sea urchin and fresh live Western Australian lobster sashimi, which are very fresh and sweet. The lobster meat is firm and succulent, while the sea urchin has a unique texture that is delicate and smooth, and its flavor is unforgettable.

Secondly, their clear soup hot pot base is also quite good, with simple ingredients like tofu and fresh vegetables, which are sweet and refreshing.

Their popular hand-cut beef neck fillet is evenly coated in oil and has a fresh and tender taste. The most tender method is to blanch it in the hot pot for 3-5 seconds after the soup boils. If it is cut thicker, I personally feel more satisfied.

In addition, their set meal includes a dumpling platter, fresh squid slices, seasonal vegetable platter, and udon, which are all decent in quality.

Finally, the lobster head is a must-try dish, which is the head and claws of the lobster that are put into the hot pot soup base after the sashimi is finished. It is very refreshing and delicious.

看了傳媒推介,我們二人點了「踏雪尋梅」$138,內有雞油花鵰蛋白蒸巨頭蝦,有一隻青口,幾隻蜆,三片生菜,底下是烏冬,嘩,味道勁咸,另外加$25點了佛跳牆湯,只是一般,內有些雞柳及像粉絲的東西,還有點了「十三味牛福盤」,見到只有數塊小小顏色深朱紅色、乾巴巴的牛肉,睇到都唔開胃,另不用加錢點了酸菜胡椒豬肚湯,豬肚咬不爛,湯又咸到苦澀,簡直咸死人,只有$5的蕃茄麵及樽裝飲品是正正常常的,總之,中伏到不得了,不會有下次的幫襯!

另外用 $48 叫嘅「骨膠原豬腳筋」唔知點解我食到好強嘅苦澀味,搞到成件事錯晒。反而另外 $98 嘅「西班牙黑毛豬肋條」非常好食,愈煮愈好食,掂。夾埋兩位 $440,我就冇乜嘢,佢就係咁講呢間嘢「水晶蟹」好食好多,哦。。。
