黎居酒屋唔飲sake啤酒有啲掃慶,但健康要緊,叫左兩杯青檸巨峰梳打同柚子乳酸梳打($60@)。我鐘意第一杯,無唸過青檸可以加埋巨峰提子,青檸味岀先,之後先有巨峰味。柚子乳酸柚子味較濃。

想黎試下嘅我建議book定枱,我地六點鐘去到都己經有兩枱人係到,之後黎嘅全部都係book左位嘅。

因為其他都係比較重口味嘅串燒燒物,所以就叫咗一個比較清爽嘅三文魚子麻醬冷麵!三文魚子份量足夠,撈均後啖啖麵麵有魚子精華,魚子不論大細,最重要口感彈牙,咬落唔會好腥好軟身,有海水嘅新鮮感,撈埋紫菜同麻醬,整體口感都幾多層次!冷麵我開頭以為會比較似蕎麥麵,但係其實係比較似拉麵嘅質地,挺身彈牙又唔會煮到軟諗諗,我都幾鍾意食呢一種麵質(平時去拉麵店我會選擇麵身偏硬的~)醬汁開胃,唔會話太少唔夠撈,係清爽主食之選!

總共結帳大約$600多,價錢當然比一般茶餐廳貴,但以尖沙咀晚上一個氣氛輕鬆的居酒屋,其實又和日本價錢差不多,特別每一樣菜式都別出心裁,食材雖然簡單但煮得鮮味同埋創意,吃得到的心機,間唔中想輕鬆時來食一次,十分值得!

好耐冇去過棉登徑,今日同朋友收早經過這間居酒屋,感覺十分親切,可能太掛住日本了,梗係要入去試下啦!店內地方不算太大,裝修佈置都幾有特色,由於時間尚早,我哋就叫了一支清酒及一些日式地道 食物。這款清酒容易入口,感覺柔和及易飲,而且微酸香氣以及果香味馥郁。呢度都幾講究,店員準備了一盒清酒杯畀我哋選擇,店員巳準備冰凍清酒器皿盛上,入口透心涼!木魚紫菜蛋黃醬放在大阪燒上面,牛肉唔會太老 ,入口鬆化, 大阪燒煎得十分香脆。醃後仍保留鮮味,不會過鹹,入口爽口,用嚟送 清酒就最啱!清淡嘅豆腐配上木魚醬油加少少薑味,入口又幾清新。麻雀雖小,五臟俱全!芝士、蟹肉同埋蟹膏填滿成個松葉蟹蓋,食落口不但唔會太膩,反而食出有唔同層次嘅味道!芝士味十分濃郁,芝士迷必然首選,加上面頭放咗細細嘅蔥花,上枱熱辣辣,要小心辣親。
