正式開始吞拿魚解體秀 🤩 可以近距離睇真係超級難得嘅體驗!睇住師傅手起刀落咁將條魚解體,真係可以用震撼兩個字黎形容 😲 除左睇到師傅強勁嘅刀功之外,中段餐廳仲安排左「中落」呢個環節,等我地親自採刮「中落」赤身,自己拎住匙羹刮下刮下,好好玩好特別,呢個體驗真係十分難得 😍 刮完之後再加上師傅整嘅葱,完成屬於自己嘅ネギトロ,真係滿足到一個點 🤤


料理方面,首先有南蠻漬蝦同埋蟹籽豆腐做前菜,跟住就開始食山掛刺身,將山芋(日本淮山)放喺刺身上面,係一種健康食法,山芋口感杰杰地,配合彈牙嘅刺身,味道同口感都幾特別 👍🏻 跟住就到刺身,分別係赤身、中拖羅、大拖羅同埋魚鮫拖羅(鎌拖羅),當中最特別嘅就係魚鮫拖羅(鎌拖羅),鎌拖羅係吞拿魚嘅膊頭位,由於比較近心臟,所以油脂相對比較多,更重要係唔係成日有機會食到 😍 估唔到我居然有機會可以一試 🤩 一入口果陣魚油味簡直係爆出黎 🤤 然後幾乎係入口即化,真心好高質好正好好味 😋 刺身唔夠喉唔緊要,中段佢地會再有刺身比大家出去拎,一定可以滿足食🤤 刺身之後係燒吞拿魚下巴,估唔到咁多肉,然後咁 juicy 咁多魚油,個皮又燒到脆脆地,點埋柚子醋味道好 balance 🙆🏻‍♀️


之後就係壽司,有刺身有火灸,帶出左吞拿魚唔同嘅味道 😋 然後就開始到熱食~ 首先係用二十斤立魚熬成嘅湯,個湯超奶白,又甜又香濃,連平時麻麻地魚湯嘅我都飲到停唔到口 🙆🏻‍♀️ 跟住就係燒澳洲和牛同埋火灼拖羅,個和牛真心香得黎唔會太肥,餐廳係材料配搭方面真係好用心 👍🏻 最後師傅會將比較難整成刺身壽司嘅魚肉切碎,然後撈埋壽司飯整成手卷,呢個真心幾飽都一·定·要·食 🤩 師傅即包即食,成個味道係鮮得黎好香,飯嘅比例唔會太多,完全係魚肉嘅 creamy口感 😍 我本身飽飽地都忍唔住食左兩件 🤤 最後就係甜品水信玄餅,食得咁豐富,最後黎返個清清地嘅甜品真係剛剛好 😌


當晚仲有一個好刺激嘅環節,就係抽食稀有部位,包括魚眼同腦天等,雖然抽唔到,但成班人一齊拎住自己個 number 等抽真係好好玩,好似開 party 咁 🥳


另外仲有一個非常吸睛嘅地方,就係全港最大型自助清酒機 🤩 呢部機有好多款唔同清酒,每款都會有精米步合、米種、釀酒水源、酒精度同埋風格類型,大家可以透過呢 d 資訊揾到想飲嘅清酒,我同朋友都係第一次接觸清酒,所以都拎左好幾款唔同嘅酒返黎試,我地就發覺自己比較鍾意爽呢種風格,亦都透過呢部機認識同埋試咁多唔同嘅清酒,真係非常難得,而且又可以開懷暢飲,呢晚真係特別開心 🍶


今次真係非常特別嘅體驗,成晚嘅安排處處到體會到餐廳嘅用心,我同朋友都真係好感受到佢地係真心熱愛日本飲食文化,同埋想帶比參加者一個有得著嘅體驗,而唔係單純一餐飯咁簡單 😆 成晚氣氛好好,而且侍應都好熱心又有禮貌,好似去左お祭り咁 💕 如果之後再有,真係極度推介你地去參加啊 🥰
