中意桂林米粉和螺螄粉的朋友仔有福氣了,呢間小鋪位於香港大學附近,物美價廉特別實惠。我地叫左一個鍋燒桂林米粉(拌粉)一個鴨掌螺獅粉(湯粉)小店人氣極旺,亦都有好多學生過來食飯/外帶。鍋燒桂林米粉好好味,因為係撈粉,好足料,还有我超中意既酸豆角,桂林米粉同米線不同,口感更糯,更易入味~螺螄粉亦係店家招牌,鴨掌有炸過浸入湯裡有種虎皮既感覺,非常好味。我另外額外加左炸蛋,酥酥脆脆,浸湯又可以索曬D湯汁,超美味🤤

平時食螺絲粉都擔心佢味道太重,所以會令到自己充滿着唔同嘅味道但入到去唔會有螺絲粉嗰種重味,所以對於我呢種香港人嚟講都算滿意然後我哋叫咗個招牌鍋燒螺絲粉,唔會太辣,粉條爽滑彈牙,配搭豐富蔬菜同豬肉,味道唔錯。而佢哋嘅秘製牛腩飯,牛腩燉得剛剛好,軟嫩多汁,滲透住香氣,配上飯食,味道更加香濃。最後一樣嚟講下佢哋嘅香脆小酥肉,外脆內嫩。 而且佢哋炸得啱啱好,唔會太油膩,少少辣。而且依家只要影相打卡,仲會送嘢飲添。
