有人推薦過來食,桂林米粉無酸筍,🤣,店裏面有賣螺螄粉,但唔臭。無果螺湯味道,可能曾經被投訴。🤔但經過我評價,呢一家系自從深水埗果桂林米粉執之後的另一家可以選擇的65%可以接近廣西味道。雖然無招牌鍋燒賣了,但有提供牛肉同叉燒,其實桂林米粉的牛肉就是牛展,佢可以做到的確是牛展的味道。粉的搭配有酸豆角同炸黃豆已經可以秒殺深圳果啲。。。不過酸筍令我失望了,佢桂林米粉本身無,要另外加8元用螺螄粉果啲。然後佢的酸筍是濕的,不是幹身,而且無渣,食落去好似食緊粉條,不夠脆。桂林米粉是幹撈過癮,再加一碗清湯輔助,佢的清湯普通左。辣椒油非炸油辣椒,而系紅辣椒,少少湖南feel 留意左店家同👩🏻‍🍳廚房,都系普通話,少左感覺。因為上次最接近桂林米粉味道的果深水埗果間老闆系柳州人,廣西白話好親切。總體黎講可以再試多次,不過西環區好多店可以首選,呢間對於我太遠。

粉的搭配有酸豆角同炸黃豆已經可以秒殺深圳果啲。。。
不過酸筍令我失望了,佢桂林米粉本身無,要另外加8元用螺螄粉果啲。然後佢的酸筍是濕的,不是幹身,而且無渣,食落去好似食緊粉條,不夠脆。

桂林米粉是幹撈過癮,再加一碗清湯輔助,佢的清湯普通左。
辣椒油非炸油辣椒,而系紅辣椒,少少湖南feel

留意左店家同👩🏻‍🍳廚房,都系普通話,少左感覺。

因為上次最接近桂林米粉味道的果深水埗果間老闆系柳州人,廣西白話好親切。
總體黎講可以再試多次,不過西環區好多店可以首選,呢間對於我太遠。

本身中意食螺絲粉,見開新舖就試下。.叫左牛肉螺螄粉,上菜有驚喜。唔係肥牛/平時牛肉炒菜心個種牛肉,係涼拌牛肉個種瘦肉片,口感結實,加分!.螺螄粉本身就味道過關。我冇去過柳州,評論唔到正唔正宗 😂 同包裝螺螄粉比,我覺得好味程度差唔多,只係價錢分別 😂
