另一碗叫左撈米粉,肥腸桂林米粉 加牛丸, 煎蛋 .  個醬汁幾特別, 撈暈米粉幾好味.  個肥腸真心出色好入味有軟淋, 牛丸都好有牛味.  仲有生菜、酸菜、花生、酸豆角同芫茜蔥, 多重口感味道.

鍋燒桂林米粉屬於質地比較乾身嘅撈麵,加上花生、芫荽、榨菜及店內特色辣醬,又麻又辣,非常過癮!桂林米粉煮得非常彈牙,食完一碗亦都非常滿足
配上炸腩肉,又香又邪惡。如果覺得非常之乾,亦有配上一碗湯。

我真的是螺螄粉擁護者平時一個禮拜要吃兩次袋裝螺螄粉,但是香港很少螺螄粉店這次終於到了西營盤附近試試這家螺螄粉店就喺香港大學站b1出口出來走2分鐘店裡不算小,我點了牛肉鍋燒螺螄粉中辣加了個煎蛋🍳,朋友點了鍋燒螺螄粉加豆腐串(bb辣)湯底是骨湯味,不像袋裝即食有味精味,幾香,也不臭鍋燒就是像燒肉一樣,很好吃! 推薦! 牛肉品質也不錯,香而不柴米線粉順滑總之就是沒有讓我失望,第一次堂食螺螄粉大成功! 推薦推薦👍🏻

清淡既牛肉拉麵配左滷蛋同生菜,拉麵食落都幾彈牙,即落單即煮,餐廳寫左樣好特別既內容就係食到你飽滿意為止,麵食同配料都可以唔夠再加,唔知加底呢個食到你飽既活動做到幾時完,牛肉薄片但都入味既。另一碗叫左撈米粉,好似話入面已經有醬汁可以撈暈即食就可以,配料都係加左蛋,通菜同埋豬頸肉,呢度既豬頸肉係偏肥但個皮係炸到脆卜卜既好似食緊五花腩多d 牆上既畫好特別,小食食左炸蝦卷,份量都算多,配埋沙律醬食都幾好味。

今日去開西環度複診,見到石塘咀度有間新開嘅螺獅粉,好似都幾多人食叫招牌螺獅粉同埋米粉,每碗都係$50左右,價錢合理招牌鍋燒螺獅粉$52自選辣度簡左BB辣,麻而不辣招牌包左的脆腩肉層肥膏幾香脆另外加左肥腸同滷蛋,肥腸滷得入味淋口滷蛋味道唔系好夠,可以唔試招牌鍋燒桂林米粉$48原來桂粉等於我地平時食開的米線湯汁會另上,米粉底有特製醬汁,酸酸地幾開胃叉燒偏乾同友,另加的酸荀份量好大份,爽口好食酥炸蝦卷$38蝦捲彈牙有蝦肉粒粒,酥炸口感好食酸梅湯$6細細枝夠解渴

雷暴之下入咗去食螺絲粉,staff態度好,座位都唔逼狹,但係食物就好一般。叫咗一個小辣虎皮豬腳螺絲粉,一個小辣豬腸螺絲粉,兩個都加咗蛋。虎皮豬腳浸太耐又老又嚡,豬腸又肥又油,個麵底淋晒冇彈性,湯底太淡,兩款蛋亦冇乜特色。食返package food 仲好味,應該唔會再嚟食了。

雷暴之下入咗去食螺絲粉,staff態度好,座位都唔逼狹,但係食物就好一般。

叫咗一個小辣虎皮豬腳螺絲粉,一個小辣豬腸螺絲粉,兩個都加咗蛋。虎皮豬腳浸太耐又老又嚡,豬腸又肥又油,個麵底淋晒冇彈性,湯底太淡,兩款蛋亦冇乜特色。

食返package food 仲好味,應該唔會再嚟食了。

香港唔多食螺絲粉嘅專門店,皆因好似臭豆腐咁唔係人人鍾意食,呢間專門店特別在有無湯款桂林米粉食😬仲要係免費加底加粉,實食得飽!招牌鍋燒桂林米粉 $48桂林米粉每碗都有秘制滷水、秘制香油、生菜、酸菜、黄豆、酸豆角、葱及芫荽。窩燒即係脆皮豬頸肉,另外加料要咗滷蛋(+$8)、肥腸(+$14)及通菜(+$8)。第一次食所以揀小辣,賣相吸引,配料份量都均真,撈匀再食,可能配合返香港人口味,小辣都唔算辣,亦非麻辣,但係滷水汁幾開胃,鍋燒都做得幾香口,肥腸醃到入晒味。食完乾撈就可以加湯變湯粉。牛肉桂林米粉 $48另一碗嗌咗牛肉,同樣地加配料,加煎蛋(+$8)、叉燒(+$14)牛丸(+$18),都係小辣。估唔到牛肉同叉燒咁似樣,其實真係唔係好分到😂 但呢度嘅牛肉唔係肥牛,係燒牛肉嗰款,所以食落比較粗糙,叉燒同樣比較硬身,失色少少。
