石塘咀開左一間螺絲粉,未試過喺香港食螺絲粉嘅我當然要一試啦!去到門口見到大大個招牌寫住好螺記,仲要用紅色為門店主色,未食當堂都sharp醒哂!即刻對佢抱有好大期望!睇左一陣餐牌,決定試下佢個招牌鍋燒螺絲粉,結果大失所望......首先,小辣但淨係feel到咸味、無辣味;其次,鍋燒好似肥豬肉咁,口感非常之一般;再者,$52一碗螺絲粉但唔包野飲,性價比低。以上幾個原因,都令我對呢間餐廳蓋上一個Not Recommended嘅印章。

很多人覺得螺絲粉很臭,而事實上不是這樣的。我帶著好奇的心態,試這廣西風味。前一段時間,翡翠台有套古裝劇『川內相親』,劇中有介紹過螺絲粉,是黛川~東北部,山脈縱橫、盛產礦產,愛吃螺螄粉、臭豆腐,它擁有特別的風味。今天外賣了一碗桂林牛腩粉,很香的酸筍和酸豆角,很多配料,吃後整天都嗅到酸筍味,好想encore,下次一定吃螺絲粉。大家不妨一試,配杯爆檸茶,一樂也,多謝肥哥哥和Mandy,為石塘咀,帶來別一番風味和新鮮感。
