打電話去 Rosewood 訂Butterfly Room,由於大半年前喺嗰度食過晚餐,覺得幾好,所以再訂,但應該係冇位,職員親切介紹 Holt's Cafe,於是就一試。餐廳係喺Butterfly Room對面,之前冇留意,佢serve嘅嘢食係中西合璧,好似Canteen,格局亦似。我同朋友走番過去Butterfly睇吓點,但menu已冇咗好多想食嘅嘢,得番一啲light food,唯有試Holt's Cafe。同朋友去到 Holt's Cafe 時,覺得好大陣味,因為佢係open kitchen開放式廚房,有味道一定係抽氣唔好,令到成個咁高樓底嘅地方都有一陣食物味,唔係臭味,係煮嘢食嘅油煙味,坐低之後啲梳化其實都會吸哂啲味。酒店氣味好重要,去Marriot、Mandarin、Pennisula、Grand Hyatt 等都有呢種廚房,但坐低之後係唔會覺得有陣食物味浸入哂你坐緊嘅梳化嗰種唔舒服。仲有啲衫都會吸哂啲味。坐喺入面中間位置,係冷氣風口所以會大風,經理話可調細,之後都細風咗少少,因為如果坐正咁樣風口位,啲嘢食嚟一陣都吹凍哂。侍應安排位置嘅原則,唔似係用 social dist

同朋友去到 Holt's Cafe 時,覺得好大陣味,因為佢係open kitchen開放式廚房,有味道一定係抽氣唔好,令到成個咁高樓底嘅地方都有一陣食物味,唔係臭味,係煮嘢食嘅油煙味,坐低之後啲梳化其實都會吸哂啲味。酒店氣味好重要,去Marriot、Mandarin、Pennisula、Grand Hyatt 等都有呢種廚房,但坐低之後係唔會覺得有陣食物味浸入哂你坐緊嘅梳化嗰種唔舒服。仲有啲衫都會吸哂啲味。

坐喺入面中間位置,係冷氣風口所以會大風,經理話可調細,之後都細風咗少少,因為如果坐正咁樣風口位,啲嘢食嚟一陣都吹凍哂。侍應安排位置嘅原則,唔似係用 social distancing 嘅 rule,酒店唔會用膠板咁肉酸,見呢度都係盡量隔開啲人客。我星期一嚟時最後揀咗坐卡位,亦因為係星期一,所以好彩有得坐,之後我星期五再嚟食,已冇得坐卡位,佢哋話block咗留俾客人,但我7:30食到9:00都唔見個客人出現,可能預俾VIP。

星期一嗰餐有order紅酒加香檳,兩個人共2,000蚊。星期五冇飲酒亦冇叫龍蝦 (冇貨),只係再叫多個意粉及魚柳,兩個人共$1,000蚊多啲。

Weekday夜晚嚟會好啲,冇咁多人,但如果其他酒店嘅餐廳有位,又或者Rosewood 其他dining room有位,呢度唔係首選。

早一天才打電話去訂位,居然可以訂到位👍餐廳內環境氣氛俾人感覺係好舒服好貼心咁俾咗擺口罩嘅信封📩都印咗自己餐廳嘅logo有中國茶選擇,鐵觀音茶,會同你不停咁沖完上茶,80元一人份量Riesling -Rippin 2017肉絲炒麵不太油,只是豬肉質地un些炒蘿蔔榚,蘿蔔和粉嘅比例恰當,切成一粒粒加芽菜炒,還有大量XO醬舖上,水準不過不失皇牌叉燒飯,的而且確叉燒係燒得又香又好鬆𨍥豉油雞肉滑,入味蝦多士(香口,必吃)及窩貼安格斯牛扒配薯條,呢個價錢,沒太大驚喜mango twist,有瓶西米芒果汁比你自己加上雪糕上,飯後甜品一定不可缺少👍呢個係燉奶,奶味濃郁不太甜,可以的順帶一提,當日serve我哋個女待應真係好nice,好細心,如果有最佳員工選舉我一定投佢一票, 好多謝佢,令我哋渡過一個好愉快嘅晚上thx

holt's cafe其實食中菜為主, 有點心, 但環境好西化, MENU都有少少西餐就咁睇, 真係唔知係酒黎, 其實我覺得個容器可以換一換呢個吞拿魚沙律真係好好食, 係真係好食LOL呢個薯蓉又好好食, 勁軟綿綿, 面頭的蒜粒又脆龍蝦意粉又係好好食, 第一次食呢種長度的意粉仲有蛋糕送~呢間餐廳網上BOOK時會問你洗唔洗比定幅相佢, 等佢預先認得你然後你一到就同你打招呼....好變態, 但實在係做得好足 亦會比BOX你TICK你係有咩occasion慶祝, birthday都有分male/female, 揀番相應蛋糕比你, 真係好細心而家餐飲界得番酒店餐廳會注重細節, 有時的確係over左但老實講, 而家食野愈來愈貴, 唔計快餐, 普通餐廳2個人都可能過300, 稍為食好DD又過800但服務唔會太好, 又唔係靚環境, 又唔係真係好好食咁不如食少2間呢類餐廳, 比多幾百去一次酒店餐廳食, 個服務真係好好多, 同埋個境一定有保證

而家餐飲界得番酒店餐廳會注重細節, 有時的確係over左
但老實講, 而家食野愈來愈貴, 唔計快餐, 普通餐廳2個人都可能過300, 稍為食好DD又過800
但服務唔會太好, 又唔係靚環境, 又唔係真係好好食
咁不如食少2間呢類餐廳, 比多幾百去一次酒店餐廳食, 個服務真係好好多, 同埋個境一定有保證

由於唔係一壺上,係已泡好的大杯再自己倒入细杯咁飲, 直到我哋返嚟 ,茶當然凍咗喇 亦都飲得唔係好放心!
影響心情下,所以跟著上的蝦餃,鲍魚燒賣,都唔記得影相就食咗,但就係全份餐最好味的。

驢打滾,是糯米皮包豆沙,面有黃豆粉,太甜。
楊枝甘露,也沒有驚喜,但這個價錢的下午茶,加埋環境,算抵食的了。

latte HK$80.其實整間餐廳感覺上都是以中西共融手法製作食品,理應叫上餐廳內的中式茶品試試, 無奈自己鍾情咖啡多於中茶, 用上的杯子平實不花華,latte本應比例便是奶多於咖啡,味道亦持平, 一整杯滿滿之下還送贈一片蝴蝶酥很是慷慨啊~

由於當日是慶週年,在自己荷包容許的情況下我們選擇酒店,就是希望坐得好一點吃得好一點 ,此食評於3月中旬享用,飯網審批嚴謹所以應會較遲才登出, 雖然未受到分台隔離的影響,但自問去酒店的人數已少之又少, 『食物出品是可以, 但個人覺得如果酒店服務員可以主動一點收點碟/斟水,理應會在服務上加以比分。』

之前黎左呢度食生日飯好得意,一間咁靚既西餐廳有叉燒同燒腩仔。叉燒幾好食,燒得幾香口。個steak既外層係用black pepper煮的,所以有啲辣。但肉質幾好👍🏻👍🏻鵝肝醬多士好食,不過如果有多幾塊多士就更多好啦,因為舊鵝都幾大份量。最後龍蝦pasta好食,都好多龍蝦肉,唔錯👍🏻以五星酒店既西餐黎講,呢間價錢適中,所以都推介大家有咩節日都可以黎慶祝下。
