紹興酒爆和牛粒,和牛肥膏剛好,用紹興酒整會好濃,配日本飯絕配,不過就濃味同色過左啲,唔知自己夾緊肉定茹。

今次適逢黎呢間酒店staycation,當然要黎試吓呢間貴價嘅香港茶餐廳啦!首先一入到去已經覺得呢間’茶餐廳’嘅裝修好高貴😳 同埋服務好好見到我有特別需要都唔使我講就知道,我伴侶就叫咗一個餐廳出名嘅暗然銷魂飯,而我就試吓佢啲西式野,都唔錯😋😋 第二日朝頭早就試咗佢哋嘅早餐,好豐富好多新鮮嘅生果🍎 食到我哋飽飽肚😆 睇返佢哋餐牌嘅價錢其實唔算離地! 所以今次嘅兩日一夜我哋好滿足, 仲有仲有佢哋嘅甜品,正呀!!!

The service was not as good as expected as a 5-star hotel because only one staff was serving the whole section, and the waitress was too busy to 
serve us.

On top of the semi-buffet, there were lots of choices for the main course, like satay beef noodles (Cantonese style), dim sum,  and all-day breakfast.
The service was MUCH better than the night as staff were efficient and proactive.

等咗一陣,個芝士沙律就嚟咗啦,個portion都ok,切開上面舊芝士,正!爆開!個芝士好滑,番茄都好新鮮!

跟住嚟個湯,好怪!話酸辣湯完全唔酸,得少少辣同勁鹹!喺西餐廳飲中式湯都真係有啲賴嘢。

main就接住嚟,時間啱啱好,龍蝦手卷意粉,一個人食嘅portion一定夠,龍蝦肉有半隻咁多,拆咗肉,彈牙鮮味,龍蝦汁都ok,但個手卷意粉就。。我可能本身唔太鍾意食手卷意粉(佢set好咗應該冇得轉,我又冇問嘅,仲好似話呢度菜係呢間餐廳signature...)太硬啦,雖然佢都吸住d汁。

最後甜品嘅蛋糕今日有3款,我就叫咗個焦糖芝士蛋糕,輕輕嘅焦糖味,再加埋個芝士蛋糕都幾滑,但就淋咗d,唔太實嘅,所以唔會好溜!呢個light desert唔錯!
