星期六日無set lunch ,第一次黎係晚飯俾佢個义燒煎蛋飯impressed 左,鏞記义燒的質素,加埋隻好香蛋味既日本蛋(我知會俾人話白痴,蛋梗係有蛋味,知我講咩既人就明架啦⋯⋯)佢個魚香茄子又係好得,加左咸魚,而家要揾條靚咸魚真係mission impossible,但係個餐牌吾係寫魚香茄子,呢次晚飯由我個法國朋友發版,果然識食,佢睇英文menu所以我都吾知呢個魚香茄子係menu係咩名….我淨係識食。講返個set lunch ,一定要叫中式,好高汁,係一個grand既環境食local野,鄭生真係錢多又有taste,炒飯係我好中意幼身果種米(我吾記得叫咩名)炒到乾身一粒粒,最憎炒飯個底油立立,即係炒得吾好,呢度當然無呢個問題啦⋯⋯油亦用得好靚,吾係翻用過既油,我專登叫春卷,如果係翻用既油我食完個喉嚨會吾舒服,pass。連我朋友叫果個鼓油鷄米粉都好食過人,隻鼓油雞就做得好一般,碗米粉個湯底係精粹。甜品要叫rice pudding,甜品上面加左塊橙,酸酸甜甜好襯,3百幾3個courses加茶/啡,雖然個menu無义燒煎蛋飯,signature 無甘抵俾我食到,但係我巳經覺得呢個set
Ps.個洗手間同酒店房入面個洗手間一樣style,black n white tiles,全身鏡,水龍頭包金,勁想係個洗手間打卡🤣🤣🤣不過有清潔姐姐好忙甘清潔緊,吾好意思係度打卡,等staycation 打飽佢
