星期六,大家都要放鬆一下,訂了瑰麗酒店的Holt’s cafe,之前都有去食中午一次,食物質素都唔錯,服務態度佳,環境更加舒適,那是3個月前,全部座位幾乎都滿,但今次晚飯只有四成左右入座率,星期六都咁,可知香港餐飲業情況有幾慘淡......坐下首先叫了一客蝦多士做小食,一份三件,脆、香,唔油,good 跟著是澳洲和睇唔到㗎,牛肉味濃,配料豐富仲加埋一杯脆薯條,薯條好熱好甜,是入口薯仔吧⋯⋯再有紅酒好燉牛頰面,出奇好淋,又入味,仲跟一個小薯蓉另外叫了半隻豉油雞,入味,肉質滑,好吃。但相比較,我一定推介灣仔甘牌燒鵝嘅豉油雞,可以話現今最好吃嘅👍👍最後是焗豬扒飯,一般,焗豬扒飯,皇后餐廳應該是最底及最好吃嘅

話晒都叫酒店,呢個質素,唔太ok...

想講下服務,當然都話晒係高級酒店,禮貌一定係好嘅!但講到細心,就仲有進步空間。坐低,因為呢間主要食點心中茶,侍應介紹有張中茶,list 同散叫嘢飲。食鬆餅其實好想飲西茶,見佢得張中茶,就叫咗咖啡。一邊食一邊覺鬆餅係應該配茶先完美... 埋單時問多句“其實呢邊有無西茶?” 佢竟然答有??!
下?! 咁你唔比我?!還是只有breakfast tea 嘅意思?anyway ,其實好小事,只不過如果可以細心啲全面啲就好喇...而且亦怎少見有走埋去問客人覺得啲嘢食點?啱唔啱食?

新vs舊,就分別於細心嘅服務態度。希望會有所改善。

服務超級細心,服務員一開始會主動推介一些signature dishes, 包括蛋黃大蝦、燒叉燒、lobster pasta, 大蝦肉質新鮮,雖然個蛋黃汁大部分係殻,不過都夠juicy!! 另外燒叉燒係recommended dish, 酒店話自己自家燒的,半肥瘦,好入味!!當然室內設計裝潢冇得輸,因為係新世界發展出品價錢二人晚餐合理,單點食物,食都好飽,大約千三四蚊,以五星級新酒店來講,真的值得一試!

餐廳的位置很好,在海邊很舒服、由正門進入餐廳的時候有一隻大象的模型、像真度很高。店員很有禮貌、點完餐後、不時會幫忙倒水、不時會詢問食物是否合口味、感覺非常親切。我們點了燒腩仔、紅燒豆腐、海鮮炒飯、及牛排配薯條。不論中式西式、味道都很好👍🏻所以整體感覺都很好希望下次再來的時候、所有質素都能保持像現正的。還有如果能加入一些會員服務更加好、那回頭的機會應該更高。最後我們因爲太飽了、沒有點選甜品、下一次再來的時候可以試一試。

全新剛開張,朋友剛租了一間apartment住,所以去探她時,就去了樓下的餐廳5星級高級茶餐廳😀那麼應好有質素😋入到餐廳當然裝修華麗優雅,環境好舒適,服務員d制服都好靚,當服務都好👍🏼我們隨意點了5款菜式食材都好新鮮,烹調味道都有水準,朋友推薦叉燒一定要試😋個鹹蛋黃大蝦都好好味道😋另我叫了杯港式凍奶茶真係幾好飲,因為杯奶茶內d冰都係奶茶做的,所以飲到尾都不會淡;當然食物價錢都係5星星貴🤣但都值得去試試食,因環境+有質素食物👍🏼
