首先講下豚肉 個醬幾襯個豚肉 好入味幾好食
不過份量就偏少
半熟蛋分開放好貼心
不過倒落飯就有少少唔方便
半熟蛋好滑 入口即溶既感覺
飯既份量比肉多 溝醬汁食好好味
麵鼓湯都好好飲

另一朋友就叫左雞肉
但係雞肉就無咁滑 比較一般

總括而言

味道係較為清淡 唔太適合重口味人士😅
不過食完之後先知原來可以任加飯同加汁😭

本身最期待係食佢,感覺賣相好似夏威夷魚生飯咁清新🍃
但係臨出餐前5分鐘先被告知主角之一既牛油果🥑用晒未到貨,店員一開始提議俾多d火龍果,聽到之後真係滴汗😓,因為丼飯本身已經有火龍果,再多加既話就會變成食水果飯而唔係丼飯🤢 最後改為俾多d三文魚解決
而呢碗丼飯同樣令人覺得失望💔,因為三文魚亦係無三文魚味道,溫泉蛋都係無蛋味🤦🏻‍♀️ 雖然丼飯有淋上醬汁,但食落真係無味,食完呢餐只覺得係好清淡既一餐....

首先第一啖食呢個"慢煮"牛, 就知一定唔係用低溫烹調慢煮, 似就咁煎下ge牛, 好乾同好難咬開, 完全冇慢煮ge味道(肉汁豐富同肉質鬆化)。

最後, 喬麥麺麵質偏硬, 食左兩啖就食唔落...

總括而言, 中左伏, 食個茶記牛扒飯都會好過佢
