今日我和朋友相約在Homeland食晚餐。這間餐廳都多人排隊,建議晚餐可以先作預約。門口位有招牌的射燈作記認,餐廳門口有幾級樓梯,如果有帶手推車的家庭就要留意一下。我們點了松露啡菇雞肉闊條麵,招牌明太子海鮮薄餅 ,香煎西班牙伊比利亞豬肩肉和 榛子奶蓋美祿。松露啡菇雞肉闊條麵味道剛好,黑松露跟啡菇互相結合,不會感到過鹹,雞肉和闊條麵吸收了香濃的黑松露味。招牌明太子海鮮薄餅以薄脆的批底配上海鮮和紫菜絲,令人一試難忘。香煎西班牙伊比利亞豬肩肉煎得剛好,不會太乾,加上微酸的香草,令肉更美味。榛子奶蓋美祿賣相吸精,岩哂打卡。這裡的手工啤酒🍻也挺特別,我們試飲飲獅子山下和Bee Knees。獅子山下聞到果香,但味道較苦和多氣,但配上黑毛豬,使獅子山下另有一番味道。而Bee Knees味道較清新,味道適合女仔,較易入口。這裡的每碟份量不算大,適合和朋友試不同美食。

差不多吃罷兩碟主菜時,感覺意猶未盡,於是多點了兩款小食,繼續邊吃邊詳談。廣島蠔炸得十分出色,酥脆的外皮包裹著多汁美味的蠔,轉眼已吃光;而炒蜆則有點泰式風味,越吃越有嘴巴發麻的感覺,辣得有點過癮!幸好還有餐飲及時「撲火」。
