呢個二人餐份量咁多,正當我諗住打包食剩嘅泡菜鍋返屋企嗰陣,老闆教我落街市買啲梅頭肉,返去落洋蔥炒香之後,再落泡菜湯底煮到收汁,聽完佢咁講,第二日即刻照辦煮畀老公食。佢一路讚好味,一邊好似連個碗都想吞埋落肚咁 😂

✨ 香茅檸檬鹽焗馬頭魚(+$50),馬頭魚以粗鹽焗的方式,但又唔會覺得鹹味重,反而因鹽焗而鎖住魚肉的水份,更加食到魚的鮮嫩原味道。新鮮出爐的魚,店家為我地打開馬頭魚的魚皮時,魚肉部分冒著微微的煙,聞到香噴噴的味道。魚肉肉質細嫩甜滑,而且馬頭魚是中間一條主骨,比較容易食,再點上店家秘製的檸檬香茅醬汁,微微酸酸的魚肉帶有泰式風情。🐟☺️👍🏼
