今晚第一次到Hungry Monkey 食晚飯,感覺餐店很有特色,頗為時尚,可看到廚師即席做鐵板燒,即煮即食,特別有風味。辣酒凍風螺,味道香辣,相當入味,螺肉爽脆,原來凍食的辣酒風螺比熱食更有口感。芥末紫蘇章魚,章魚鬚很粗,肉質爽口軟滑,一點也不韌,與平日吃的章魚不同,配菜也很美味,一定要試試。松葉蟹肉甲羅燒,賣相吸引,蟹肉加上脆多士條,甘香可口,蟹肉濃郁惹味,蟹香在口腔內徘徊。A5和牛坑腩炒飯,飯粒分明圓潤,選用上等的日本米,和牛坑腩比一般和牛不同,很有口感,牛味濃郁,入口回香,真是不一般的炒飯。日本原隻活帆立貝,煎得十分香,看著廚師在鐵板上煎煮,已感到好味,入口果然沒有失望,肉質鮮甜嫩滑,不是雪藏的可比。鐵板梳乎厘,看著廚師又煎又焗,感覺很有趣,店員把梳乎厘端上,賣相一流,入口十分軟滑,很難形容,很好味,而且不太甜,是一款很有特色的甜品。飲品亦很有特色,我點了綠帽俠,光聽名字已覺幾有趣,外貌與名字都幾配合,有淡淡青蘋果味,幾清新,青蘋果亦爽口,不錯。
