今日同女朋友喺土瓜灣覓食俾佢入邊嘅裝修吸引住,彷彿係日本中洲屋台街邊食緊野咁我哋嗌左一個$488嘅「omakase ,料理長發辦」,當中值得讚一讚既係七款時令刺身,每樣都好新鮮,佢哋拖羅 同埋 劍魚腩 淡淡的油脂同埋魚香 喺口腔裏面徘徊 豚肉糖心蛋,半生熟嘅糖心蛋外面包住一層燒過嘅豚肉,一啖擺落口 嗰種味道 就好似食壽喜燒 牛肉沾上蛋汁擺落口咁 一個字正 好滿足嘅感覺燒白鱔,師傅擺到埋嚟嘅時候 已經聞到陣陣既香味 煎到金黃色 再沾上鰻魚汁 加左小小蔥花係面 香脆可口 鮮嫩多汁 食落一啲都唔油膩黑毛豬蘋果串、蟹子墨魚蝦滑串、雞肉串,雞翼串,所有嘅串燒都好出色,相信師傅落咗唔少心機 去拿捏火候同味道 最後甜品係紅豆抹茶蕨山餅,抹茶味濃郁,口感煙韌 再加上紅豆 絕配

冇錯。見到我出post,又係食。十戶推出全新菜單shake pairing dining,一見到就想食。先黎一杯三粒米 Ohmine配小鉢同刺身三點。小鉢係凍食既汁煮蘿蔔,刺身係赤貝,深海池魚同鯛魚,質素都唔錯㗎。之後上既鶴乃江 Yuri,入口幾爽,配磯燒海鮮。赤魚啲肉好淋好香,魚既油脂相當多,夠高質。燒雞三品包括雞翼,雞心,同明太子雞肉,質素都ok㗎再來白木久 Black Label Vibrant配豬肉糖心蛋同牛舌,酒帶酸味,減低左串燒既油膩感。天富羅有日本東菇,矮瓜同蘋果。當同以蘋果質素最為突出。再飲埋個海鮮湯,幾清甜。黎到最後既白木久 Black Swan ,酸度明顯再高左。甜品係紅豆綠茶蕨餅。

總結很難得係香港吃到一間非常美味的居酒屋
店長及吧頭師傅非常熱情😂對於食材品質也非常講究一定要新鮮美味👍店內餐點即叫即製👍另外提提大家記得提前訂位喔😉
