以前嘅我好抗拒食納豆㗎,但係人大咗口味真係會有少少唔同嘅,我都唔記得幾時開始我開始接受納豆嘅味道,呢個魷魚納豆我覺得係一個幾特別嘅組合,黏黏的納豆和魷魚的黏身口感,味道鹹鮮有致,將日本嘅月見子拌混魷魚和納豆,冇諗過三者的味道加埋一齊竟然真係幾好食,真心覺得大家係可以一試嘅!

🔮蟹肉水雲醋
這是一款好地道嘅沖繩冷盤前菜,用日本入口嘅新鮮蟹肉和沖繩特產~海葡萄,蟹肉新鮮鮮甜, 海葡萄,Q彈顆粒有一個好特別嘅口感,微酸爽口,十分開胃

🔮苦瓜炒
沖繩人一直都相信長壽係同佢哋食苦瓜有關嘅,所以基本上所有沖繩人都好鍾意食苦瓜,呢個苦瓜炒可以話係當地一度好common嘅小炒,沖繩苦瓜切片再加入午餐肉粒,雞蛋絲,芽菜,木魚絲等,看似十分簡單的配料,但係整道菜出來嘅成品,可以話係充分突顯咗沖繩苦瓜嘅鮮味,整體有種簡單而清新嘅感覺

🔮沖繩泡菜鍋
天氣凍凍地,當然一定要叫返個窩物啦,首先整個鍋份量非常之多,上面更加鋪上六隻非常肥美嘅牡蠣,牡蠣滾至剛剛熟,入口軟綿綿,蠔味十足,微辣更能提鮮,真心正!窩入面嘅蔬菜都吸收咗蠔鮮味,非常惹味,食到最後我仲飲多咗兩碗湯,可以話係美味有暖心呀

🔮黑糖布甸,用另一沖繩名物沖繩黑糖做出嚟嘅布甸,甜而不膩,奶香,蛋香,糖香,三者味道互相輝映,互相平衡,入口質地非常嫩滑,以此作為飯後甜品,真係可以話係我呢個牡蠣宴一個prefect 的結尾啊

最近好想食生蠔, 就去了牡蠣小屋KAGURA點知星期日原來有生蠔買一送一超抵食就叫左6隻🦪 來自長崎、岩手、兵庫生蠔好有海水味, 又夠creamy 非常新鮮博多和牛飯既和牛比想像中多, 味道有sukiyaki 既味, 配蛋黃加飯非常好食山芋明太子鐵板燒 這個明太子味濃 配合山芋綿綿的, 很特別, 我覺得好值得試新出沖繩県期間限定MENU我點了蟹肉水雲酯, 蟹肉鮮甜, 水雲清新, 配合起來很開胃魷魚苦瓜天婦, 炸漿夠薄, 魷魚鮮味, 炸得剛剛好,苦瓜甘甘地, 唔苦這間店是日本人主埋, 老闆重送每人一杯清酒同全場食客乾杯, 好有氣氛
