苦瓜炒
估唔到有咁多苦瓜嘅菜式,苦瓜配搭午餐肉、雞蛋絲、芽菜等等爆炒,午餐肉嘅油脂原來同苦瓜都好夾。


魷魚納豆
納豆有拉絲嘅效果,口感黏稠。而魷魚都有嚼勁。


蟹肉水雲醋
鮮甜蟹肉配搭冰凍嘅水雲,加入少量酸味嘅醋,整體感覺都開胃。

生牡蠣
日本嘅生蠔,外型飽滿海水味唔會太重。


黑糖布甸

最後日藉店主人出來與客人互動,免費送給每人一杯沖繩燒酎互相干杯,和玩玩小遊戲猜情尋,去贏取免費的小碗魚生魚籽飯。打成一片的餐廳我很少見,這間搞的氣氛相當好,滿有日本家庭式的熱誠款待。

本應打算衝著生蠔黎食,卻發現佢既壽司同小食同串物更合我口味😌💕壽司十貫($268)由師傅發辦嚴選十款時令既壽司覺得食材幾新鮮,又好合口味,最欣賞係比目魚入口即溶,又灸燒得好好!💕再黎推介會係佢地串物,都係佢地出名既美食牛脷($48) & 白蔥豬肉($38)係好爽口既牛脷,亦沒有加調味料,可食到原汁原味白蔥豬肉亦做到爆汁效果,不過價錢就略貴少少拉,一試無妨💕明太子芝士玉子燒($108)明顯食得出同出面吾同,佢地既玉子係會有啲半熟感覺,食落會creamey啲🥰內裏半熟反而最後先推介鐵盒燒廣島生蠔🦪 (240/半打)佢係好食既,覺得都有合格,燒完再有啲蠔汁

可以瘋狂食生蠔真係好正呀🥰🥰原來銅鑼灣 牡蠣小屋 KAGURA 提供唔同嘅生蠔料理有鐵盒燒廣島生蠔,蒸完之後超新鮮好食亦有蒜香辣椒牡蠣八爪魚意粉,牡蠣雞翼(鹽味)基本上每一道菜都可以食到生蠔,完全係愛蠔之人嘅天堂其他嘅野食都好正,有和牛卡爾帕裔,可以生食和牛,當係和牛刺身咁食。亦有白姜醋鯖魚昆布,辣辣地幾特別!鍾意唔夠嘅話,直接要5件拼盤壽司,壽司全部都好新鮮。又或者食串燒嗰啲串燒全部都燒得好香,好正,好好食💕💕💕
