今晚做完運動,原本打算在西環水街找水餃店吃水餃,但是水餃店沒開, 讓我看見這間屹立在水街十多年的“金祥排骨麵”, 我這位住在西環二十多年的街坊也沒試過,今日即管一試金祥排骨麵店鋪外裝飾比較傳統, 過往經常經過水街也沒有吸引到我進去試食, 今次進去是因為被門口放置的海報~ 沙爹牛肉飯所吸引因為剛做完運動不想吸收過多能量, 於是只叫了一個“沙爹牛肉粉絲”, 我想熱量應該 比較麵條和米飯低我所叫的沙嗲牛肉粉絲原來還包括一杯嘢飲,價錢合共是38元 好抵的街坊價!沙爹牛肉的沙爹汁是用花生醬調製的, 有香濃的花生味及細粒的花生碎。 牛肉非常林,十分入味,絕對有驚喜粉絲軟硬程度剛好,還有點彈牙呢!麵店坐著很多外國人及遊客, 所以店內提供的餐牌有英文翻譯, 這間店舖除了受當 地居民歡迎,也受外國及遊客歡迎!

麵店坐著很多外國人及遊客, 所以店內提供的餐牌有英文翻譯, 這間店舖除了受當 地居民歡迎,也受外國及遊客歡迎!

來到西營盤,發現有家排著隊買的面店,當然要試下,原來也是上海面店,吃過了紅磡的上海面,當然也想找下有沒有更好吃的,就要了個菜膽排骨面,排骨依舊是我衡量上海面店的一個重要的標準,但這次的排骨只能算還可以,外皮也夠脆,就是咬下去有點乾了,不過尚算合格但,他們家的面令我大失所望,就這樣看,已經有些黏在一塊了,夾起來的也是黏在一塊,吃著像吃面糊一樣,一坨坨的,到底是未煮熟,定可能是我太挑剔了吧?再加上個湯太多味精,寧願好似紅磡果間咁清清淡淡,不過沒有興趣再試了

我一直都靠猪排没骨头排骨有骨头来区分猪排和排骨,这家店和大*活的猪排饭一起颠覆了我的世界观......不过骨头又不能吃,没有其实也无所谓--毕竟人生已经很艰难了,何必再给自己找麻烦😂排骨就是简单炸猪肉的味道。青菜的量非常良心,炸云吞是韭菜猪肉馅,配上酱料有种酸酸甜甜的味道。店面整洁位置宽敞,价格合理,各种小食感觉都对我胃口。

每次晚上放工回家,不想煩食什麼的時候,一定會去這間小店吃他們的排骨炒麵。食雞扒我會去榮式雞扒,食排骨的話一定會去金祥排骨。排骨看似簡單的食材,沒有什麼特別,但要整得好食真的一點都不容易。他們的排骨真的相當鬆軟,而且一點也不油膩。而他們的炒麵亦是真正的上海麵,現在很多餐廳已經用炒烏冬來代替,口感真的無法相比,上海麵口感較實在,有彈性,真的不能用烏冬代替。除了他們的招牌排骨炒麵外,我亦很喜歡吃他們的湯麵。很少鋪頭有竹笙做配料,而他們的菜肉雲吞亦都非常足料,雲吞皮又薄又滑值得一試。另外他們的小食亦都非常好味,我很喜歡他們的炸豆腐,紫菜魚肉卷

Boyfriend ordered this. Noodles with fried pork chop and fried beancurd combo. We expected a combo to be smaller in portion size but instead they really do give you a full size portion. The fried pork chop was pretty good. Crispy but not over cooked. The beancurd was a bit oily as all the oil was soaked in.

I ordered this: noodles with dumplings and sliced beef flank. The beef flank was not marinaded enough so it was a bit on the bland side. The dumplings were ok. The skin a bit thicker than usual but the filling was plentiful. Noodles were  ok  but it had a slight starchy aftertaste.

Not expensive but food was mediocre. Portion size was generous though so good value for money if you eat a lot. The pork chop was good but everything else was just ok. I guess stick with what the name of the restaurant is called: fried pork chop.

自我西環立足四年,每次經過這店,也不會冷清的。香港风气:良心小店,價錢便宜,食物質素保持,有服務,感覺舒服,總有回味處。外賣了一客排骨入味,鬆化,面質彈牙,不會林身。價錢大聚化。配合炸雲吞,滿足呢!老闆加油呀
