自從上次來過位於灣仔的金記冰室食飯後, 上星期突然心血來潮, 做完FACIAL後, 過來這裡食過簡單晚飯才返屋企.這裡的裝修充滿懷舊的風味.連餐牌也充滿玩味.由於不是太肚餓的關係, 我點了這裡出名的豬膶配福字麵.平日食豬膶我多是配粥食, 配麵就較少, 因為好怕豬膶又硬又乾.但這裡的豬膶夠腍身, 但唔會覺得乾, 口感不俗. 這樣食與配粥食口感完全不同.福字麵我間中也會係屋企煮來食, 方便又快捷.入口時麵是較我自己煮時彈牙, 還是大廚煮的好味. 食完麵後, 當然要嘆番一杯黑牛.以前我唔知黑牛是甚麼,直到後來我問店員才知道.冰凍的可樂配上香濃的朱古力雪糕, 兩者真係非常之夾.

今日放假,同BB去拍拖,天氣又凍,我地就去左食臘味啦~我地叫左個黑松露臘味炒飯,同埋火噴噴鴛鴦雞煲。黑松露臘味炒飯黑松露香唔會蓋過臘味炒飯嘅味道,反而臘腸香味濃郁,整體味道適中,口感亦不錯~火噴噴鴛鴦雞煲內有大蔥做配料,有切雞和田雞,仲有豬膶,切雞肉質一般,但田雞滑到飛起,豬膶肉質唔老,加埋個醬汁,配餸食飯,正有野食就有野飲BB叫左個白雪公主,襯佢嘛~我就叫左個黑牛食完呢餐,天氣凍都變暖笠笠啦,加埋BB,就等於sweet了~啜卜

餐飲改了要一杯薑檸檬可樂 (跟餐+$10), 的確很懷念它的味道, 還要求勁加薑, 岩晒我口味。即叫即煲, 杯子也熱得燙手, 內有不少檸檬 薑絲, 經煲過的可樂, 部份糖已蒸發, 故不會太甜, 因指定要勁薑, 所以薑味尚可, 但可能改用薑片會較適合。的確已有一段時間沒有喝過薑檸檬可樂, 趁入冬可買定材料回家"大顯身手"!

最欣賞是整個南瓜 也弄至粉綿香甜, 應是經先蒸後焗才可, 若然單單焗製, 南瓜肉必定生硬, 果然悉心烹調, 試把粉綿的南瓜肉與炒飯 拌勻, 味道會較吸引。此雙拼菜式的確又睇得又食得, 以此定價來說簡直是抵食之選。

行完銅鑼灣想搵飯食,誤打誤撞入左黎,叫左個薑蔥魚腩配飯同湯$78,另外見到有樣飲品叫窩蛋牛肉汁,抱住打大佬既心態叫埋! 魚腩幾多骨,但個味調得幾好啲蔥唔會唔熟咁,正好辟到腥味,魚腩肉又唔會散晒,可以真係一舊舊咁送飯,餐湯係羅宋湯,蕃茄味好濃烈,鍾意蕃茄味既應該會鍾意,唔鍾意酸既就揀返中湯lol 至於個牛肉汁.....好似細個偷呀媽煮完餸啲汁飲咁,好搞笑!

西環食堂嘅分支 灣仔食堂 又泥金記睇來我對金記真係充滿情意結,只要金基有開嘅地方我都係出現。今次同朋友去咗鵝頸橋附近買打邊爐用料,買買下攰攰地就行咗過去咁幾時食返個茶餐。坐低叫左個常餐豬潤麵套餐。面改豬膶通粉,因為通粉會吸到多啲湯,而且禁忌啲通粉都幾好味唔會腍到一pat. 呢度嘅豬潤實屬出色,可以媲美深水埗,用上新鮮黃沙豬膶,厚切,雖然全熟,但絕對唔會硬!配上薑絲劈味,正!套餐仲有炒蛋同埋方包,一個土泡下午茶餐咪就係咁囉!唔夠喉再叫多個鹹牛肉三文治烘底!煎個嘅鹹牛肉,加上看得救嘅三文治底,配上少少牛油,簡單好食!
