聽人講北角好多福建人居住,就好似九龍城多潮洲人住咁,平時好少行北角,因為印象中冇乜大型商場,多數小店為主,而今晚朋友就約在北角食飯,只因朋友是福建人也是住在北角區,所以對呢一區的食店也十分熟悉,雖然大家都好似講熱門嘅北角打卡小店,但亦都有一啲實而不華的小館。金樂軒就在北角區,距離北角地鐵站有10鐘路程,小館面積不大,裝修亦普通,不過朋友話佢哋嘅食物有保證。豉汁蒸白鱔:豆豉調教嘅醬汁十分惹味,蒸嘅時間亦控制得幾好,令到啲魚肉唔會「鞋」,可以食幾碗白飯都得,加埋面上嘅蔥花,就更加香。胡椒豬肚雞煲:我地要一個小煲,不過份量就幾多,本身豬肚同雞都熟,一滾起就食得,本身雞煲有胡椒在內,辣辣地地香口。香煎墨魚餅:是小館招牌菜,外看金黃,食落的確幾煙韌,即是墨魚比例十足,先有這樣嘅口感效果。竹蔗茅根夠曬解渴。上湯津白整體這餐飯風味十足,介紹朋友的冇錯,相信之後朋友再約食飯都會再揀呢一間。

自從開通後,街道熱鬧咗起來,但就好似集中係油尖旺一帶,相對其他區就似乎唔係太多人,就好似今天晚上約了朋友在北角呢間飯館食飯,雖然係八點左右的時間,但街上的人似乎唔多,所以就有噉嘅諗法。小館裝修普普通通,不過又坐得幾滿座,見到樓面的幾個人,睇落去似係家庭式經營,莫名有種親切感。脆皮炸大腸冇得輸嘅脆皮大腸脆卜卜,點一些甜醬汁係酸酸甜甜,不錯。椒鹽金磚豆腐份量略嫌唔多,不過味道香口。家鄉蠔仔煎有別於蠔餅的煮法,平時食蠔餅係一嚿嚿一塊塊的脆脆地,不過今次食嘅比較特別,淋淋地口感,粒粒蠔再加蔥花雖然不脆口但亦幾好味。尖椒炒腰潤香辣惹味的尖椒,其辣味滲深入了腰同潤,令到這道菜幾回味。這餐中菜都幾唔錯,見到家庭式經營有一份親切感,值得支持。

今日約咗朋友喺北角見面食飯,佢介紹去依間地道小館,平日唔算多人,坐卡位幾舒服,傾偈又方便。叫咗個竹蔗水,阿姐話自己煲,真材實料,我都覺得好好飲。叫咗個招牌細走辣奇味雞煲,火爐一路慶住,熱辣辣,味道唔錯,啲雞又好食。再叫咗個美極中蝦,啲蝦新鮮,大細適中。又叫咗個人氣煎墨魚餅,好爽仲有墨魚粒,呢個好食,唔怪得知叫做人氣之選。最後叫咗個啫啫通菜煲,都可以。兩個人叫咗四碟餸,真係有啲多,因為份量幾足,食到好飽咁離開。

叫咗個竹蔗水,阿姐話自己煲,真材實料,我都覺得好好飲。叫咗個招牌細走辣奇味雞煲,火爐一路慶住,熱辣辣,味道唔錯,啲雞又好食。再叫咗個美極中蝦,啲蝦新鮮,大細適中。又叫咗個人氣煎墨魚餅,好爽仲有墨魚粒,呢個好食,唔怪得知叫做人氣之選。最後叫咗個啫啫通菜煲,都可以。
兩個人叫咗四碟餸,真係有啲多,因為份量幾足,食到好飽咁離開。
