六人晚飯,要響油尖旺,想起好耐冇去金山海鮮酒家,所以快快手早兩日訂位最想飲豬肺湯同食燒鵝坐低即落單。豬肺湯好清甜滋潤,六個人剛好每人一碗燒鵝唔肥,女士都話好食,個皮脆又香👍燒腩仔更加好食,肥瘦均衡,皮極脆焗蠔就稍嫌淡味啲啲,而香橙骨甜酸度剛剛好另外有三個小菜,以百花蒸豆腐最正,豆腐極之嫩滑,配合蝦滑一食,口感有唔同層次,要讚個豉油咸甜度相當好配合豆腐再加白飯真無敵加埋啤酒茶介加一,每人二百零幾蚊,咁就開心一個晚上,經濟實惠又美味,難怪座無虛席,飲食市道寒冬嚟計,算係咁啦!

加埋啤酒茶介加一,每人二百零幾蚊,咁就開心一個晚上,經濟實惠又美味,難怪座無虛席,飲食市道寒冬嚟計,算係咁啦!

今天在佐敦金山海鲜酒家吃了頓988元四人套餐,本身环境至有点残舊,其中上湯焗游水海蝦伊面,海蝦全是雪藏味,不新鲜,伊面淡而無味,非常难吃,其他菜式味道一般般,没有惊喜,更不像一家經營多年的海鲜酒楼的风范及味道,最后,甜品是蜜糖炸云吞皮,感觉草草了事,我们饮了两支啤酒,最后收费是1250元,另人感覺整顿晚飯又貴,味道不好和失敗,没有再次光顧的慾望。希望他可以作出改善,否則,香港又多一家令人失望的酒家。

本身出佐敦同屋企人飲茶,嘗試啲新派點心店。但同老人家去好似坐得唔係咁舒服。所以決定去番d傳統嘅酒樓飲下午茶。呢間茶樓除咗多款食之外,仲有一啲傳統點心選擇。雖然佢個翠奶係用新派嘅簡易版做法,但係比起出邊好多舖頭做到得好出色。先出邊個多士皮唔會成口油,淨係個塊麵包都炸得恰到好處外脆內軟,裏便個牛奶炸漿唔會一嚿嚿,食落去似溶咗芝士咁,忍唔住食咗兩條。碟尖椒一啲都唔嗇色,呢鯪魚肉好厚好滿足。個鮮蝦菜苗餃個皮都好薄超讚。另外個雞絲粉卷,啲餡料都好足,個腸粉皮唔會食到有粉嘅感覺。牛肉角個被用咗好似細個時食嗰啲魚翅餃啲皮咁好有回憶。牛筋同爽肚都好入味,唔會「汁內分離」㗎感覺。另外,見佢啲小菜晏晝都有嗌,忍唔住嗌咗個焗魚腸,用個匙羹喺上邊解開嘅時候係卜卜脆,望落似係將個魚腸焗完之後上邊再灑一層脆漿反轉去落油鍋和再炸,出面好少見到個面做得咁好,只係略嫌個魚腸裏面就未夠乾身,重點係不用$100就食到。但係個豬膶燒賣就失色咗少少塊豬膶食咗有啲嚡,不過整體嚟講成餐下午茶都好滿意。

最嬲係侍應完全無反應,無行過嚟關心一句,經理直頭眼尾都無望過!好似習以為常,應該成日都有老鼠出現!老鼠太生猛,嚇到呆左,影唔到。

只係有一個姐姐細細聲講左句唔好意思就完咗件事,實在太過份!

啲嘢食不過不失,但價錢都唔平,如果你想是有老鼠陪你食飯嘅話呢我都覺得你可以嚟試吓嘅。

結果買單千幾蚊,仲收足我哋所有嘅費用 !真係食到成肚氣!

約咗幾個老友喺佐敦食晚飯,訂咗枱喺莊士彌敦廣場嘅金山海鮮酒家食懷舊菜。訂咗七點,不過6:30上到去都俾到枱我哋。先嚟半隻燒鵝,醃得好入味,不過略嫌鵝皮唔夠脆,同埋冇蠟燭熱住佢,食到後半段有少少凍咗。跟住叫咗碟炸大腸,唔使花巧,洗乾淨同炸脆佢就上碟,脆卜卜,正! 老友介紹焗魚腸,我覺得中上水準,上面雞蛋香脆,下面啲魚腸好足料,落咗少少胡椒粉辟腥,有埋芫荽就冇得頂啦。再嚟幾碟小菜,小炒王、蒸肉餅同埋啫啫雞雜煲都非常有水準,味道唔會太濃,攞嚟送酒同埋送飯都係一流嘅配搭。埋單前仲送咗碟炸蛋散,都幾鬆化,糖醬又唔係太甜,卒之又食哂。其實呢座大廈都有好多各類型嘅食肆,可以逐一去品嘗。

跟住叫咗碟炸大腸,唔使花巧,洗乾淨同炸脆佢就上碟,脆卜卜,正! 老友介紹焗魚腸,我覺得中上水準,上面雞蛋香脆,下面啲魚腸好足料,落咗少少胡椒粉辟腥,有埋芫荽就冇得頂啦。

再嚟幾碟小菜,小炒王、蒸肉餅同埋啫啫雞雜煲都非常有水準,味道唔會太濃,攞嚟送酒同埋送飯都係一流嘅配搭。

埋單前仲送咗碟炸蛋散,都幾鬆化,糖醬又唔係太甜,卒之又食哂。

其實呢座大廈都有好多各類型嘅食肆,可以逐一去品嘗。

相約了幾位老同學聚會,選擇了在佐敦的金山海鮮酒家,我這酒家已有多年歷史,食客都是老街坊。金山海鮮酒家以傳統懷舊菜式最為出名,當中的「「雞蛋焗魚腸」 」在香港已經很難可以吃得到,「「鍋貼鮮蝦小棠菜」」這道小菜亦非常出名,將小棠菜剁碎混入鮮打蝦膠,再用雞蛋煎成一大塊蛋餅,香脆可口;「「銀山砵酒焗桶蠔」」大大隻生蠔,用錫紙包裹烘焗,鮮甜味美,這裹的餸菜味道真是一絕,所以每到飯市時間,是必須預先訂座。在這酒家進餐,唯一缺點就是桌、椅排放得太密集,幾乎是椅背頂着椅背,空間小,人多自然就較嘈吵。
