想起有陣子沒有食刺身,即興約朋友食日本菜,去了棉登徑的上岸料理,記得之前來過午膳水準不錯。刺身拼盤 - 金目鯛及連子鯛,肉質清爽,白身魚來說魚味清淡新鮮。中吞拿魚腩入口魚油溢出,肥美甘香。赤身新鮮爽脆。最有驚喜的莫過於日本紅衫魚,第一次食這款魚刺身,魚味濃郁,餘香久久未散,一試難忘。清酒煮文蛤 -外形很像蜆,不過大隻及圓些,味道鮮甜。喝了小口煮過文蛤的清酒湯底,十分清甜。明太子烏冬 - 彈牙的烏冬,拌著充滿鹹香的明太子醬及三文魚籽,簡單美味。杏仁豆腐 - 香濃的杏仁味透出豆腐香,入口軟滑。在酒吧林立又熱鬧的棉登徑寧靜地和朋友共進和食,別有一番享受。

很久沒有跟朋友一起食好野,朋友上星期相約一起共進晚餐,挑選了很久說預約了跟我一起去食好野。磯煮鮑魚應是用慢火在湯汁慢煮熟之後,再冷凍後上菜。 鮑魚肉質十分鮮嫩,而且十分入味。味道濃郁得黎剛剛好,跟鮑魚的鮮嫩配合得十分得宜,湯汁已深深地給鮑魚吸收了。而且冰冷再上菜更是將菜色提升到另一個層次。茄子帶子他他是一款十分出色的冷盤前菜,帶孕刺身加上已煮好的茄子再冰凍後,兩者層層疊疊地擺放,再加上海膽汁,令清淡的一味前菜有畫龍點睛的感覺。茄子軟熟而豐富的口感加上帶子的鮮味,食完令你胃口增加不少。刺身全部款式的刺身都可以說是無可挑剔,質素十分高,可以食得出是十分新鮮的。例如海膽白身魚卷,將不同類型的刺身再加上少少調味,口感豐富之外還十分惹味。伊佐木薄切,除了食法不同平常的點WASABI外,加上蔥及辣椒,味道口感也十分有新意。另外日本紅衫魚,有少少火炙的魚皮令魚皮有少少蕉香,加上魚肉本身的鮮甜真係一流的配搭,刺身真係無可挑剔的,不論新鮮度及好味都是最高層次。

放工去左K11附近行街,記得棉登徑果邊飲野,都會幾間餐廳兜左個圈朋友說想食日本菜就去左食門口望落都很高雅舒適內裡細細間但都坐得好舒適坐底點左以下幾款野食前菜首先先黎左個前菜明太子薯仔沙律賣相幾靚,用紫菜包住黎食明太子唔會有腥味,配上薯仔沙律味道很配合螢光魷魚熟左既螢光魷魚都是第一次食,味道不錯!個人覺得熟左比較好清酒煮蜆清酒味唔會太重,很清香鮮味新鮮刺身賣相魚身光澤,望著都見到好新鮮,各款刺身都十分鮮味,包括金目鯛、連子鯛、深海池魚、針魚及日本紅衫魚油甘魚鮫好鬆脆的外皮,能夠鎖緊肉質,內裡十分美味,鮮味十足明太子烏冬這個做得很好味,平時很少食明太子既我,經朋友遊說就一試,感覺良好又唔腥,十分美味柚子雪芭最後都是要點甜品,才令晚餐更完整柚子味酸酸甜甜,消除了油膩的感覺!

This is the go to restaurant for my family for special occasions.  We can't afford to eat Omakase every month so as an alternative for upscale Japanese, we come here.  It is a little higher priced than "ordinary" local Japanese but it is worth it--you truly get the feeling that you are in a small restaurant in Osaka.  Almost everything is imported from Japan, and they will tell you honestly which things were not imported. This is the go to restaurant for my family for special occasions.  We can't afford to eat Omakase every month so as an alternative for upscale Japanese, we come here.  It is a little higher priced than "ordinary" local Japanese but it is worth it--you truly get the feeling that you are in a small restaurant in Osaka.  Almost everything is imported from Japan, and they will tell you honestly which things were not imported. For example this time we had the clams in sake but the manager informed me they were not from Japan when I asked (still delicious).  The raw oysters ($78/piece) were from Japan and were sweet and fresh.  My other favourite was the stewed fish head--the sauce was delicious and there was so much meat on the fish! Everything here is good.  In fact I have never ordered a dish here that didn't taste good.  The cooked food and the sashimi and sushi are all excellent quality.  My son's favourite is the pork chop with egg and onion rice bowl--the sauce is perfect.  The skewers are also very good and I love their enoki mushrooms in butter.  I have been here for lunch and it is a really excellent value for money at lunch time.  I also would like to add that the service here is very nice, friendly and helpful. There are only a few tables inside, (which creates a nice quiet ambience--and also fast service) so make sure you book in advance!

– 由於想食清d,所以無點飯類,主食叫左燒油甘魚鮫! 老實講,燒三文魚鮫或燒銀雪魚就食過,燒油甘魚鮫又係新賞試! 油甘魚鮫魚油極多,所以燒起來好香,個皮好脆口! 肉質方面,油甘魚好嫩滑,配埋蘿蔔蓉一齊食,真係入口即溶! 幾鐘意呢種口感,油甘魚唔似銀雪魚咁濃咁搶,但一樣咁滑! 好食!

一場來到,又點可以唔試一下壽司呢!我哋請廚師發板,幫我地做咗一個壽司拼盤,有五款時令的壽司及卷物。壽司飯同魚的比例控制得唔錯,魚肉皆是厚切,而且有預先加入醬油同配料,唔使額外調味。我就最鍾意油甘魚壽司,好肥美味道好濃郁,魚油充斥着整個口腔,令人超滿足。

出咗糧口痕就想食好啲😆!雖然價目牌上嘅刺身飯大約$145-$160不等,但去嘅時候晏晝一點多啲都爆滿需要等,估計質量都應該有返咁上下😳。同同事一人叫一個池魚王他他丼同一個四式丼。前菜有新鮮沙律(1)同炆過嘅牛脷(2)同日式蒸蛋(1)。蒸蛋底下仲有幾粒爽口彈牙嘅蝦添!而主食方面,日池魚唔會覺得佢有特別味道,比較清,唔會有腥味;而四式丼就有海膽、三文魚籽、蒽吞拿魚腩同蟹肉,口感比較豐富,當然味道相對之下就偏重少少,值得一讚係海膽好新鮮😋!麵豉湯都唔錯。而比較有驚喜,當然係杏仁豆腐😍,杏味唔算特別濃,口感做到好似布甸咁!上面仲有兩片士多啤梨🍓,好似好唔夾咁,但望落靚靚好和諧!總結,每一樣嘢都好精緻,份量唔算多,但樣樣加埋就剛剛好😚!又一餐。
