蟹午膳共有5個course,份量有點大,女仔會太飽或吃不下,幸好餐廳方面容許我和媽媽兩份點一份午餐。

除了點了一份蟹午膳外,我們還額外各點了一杯飲品,但忘了拍照。 蟹午膳約3百幾元。

媽媽點的是apple cider, 無酒精的日式玻璃瓶飲料,蘋果味很濃,像加入了梳打水的蘋果汁,味道不錯;而我則點了melon cider, 同樣是無酒精的日式玻璃瓶飲料,但顏色看起來很重人造色素,味道是很濃郁、像小時候那種全糖唧唧冰的蜜瓜糖水味。

第一道菜是松葉蟹蒸蛋。

第二道菜是松葉蟹天婦羅
一籃共有七件天婦羅,包括三件松葉蟹、兩條露荀、一塊茄子及一片蕃薯;並附有醋及海鹽。以一人份量來說,算是很大。
味道不錯,我覺得配上醋來食松葉蟹天婦羅會搶走蟹的味道,但配上海鹽的味道就不錯。

第三道菜是蒸北海道毛蟹
我平日對連殼上碟的蟹,感覺一般,因為不想在外面食飯時要動手剪/拆蟹殼。但原來這款蒸蟹已剪開了蟹殼,只要使用筷子或食蟹專用匙杓便可輕易取出蟹肉,旁邊附有蟹醋。這隻松葉蟹味道很鮮,點醋進食會蓋過蟹的鮮味。這一道菜是全個蟹膳最美味的。

在我們仍努力食毛蟹時,waitress 已忙於上第四道野菜鍋,並為我們煮好及分好。
野菜鍋同樣跟日本所吃到的日式蟹膳很像,有各種蔬菜及蒟蒻麵,及一份烏冬,不怕吃不飽。
味道其實跟一般的野菜鍋沒太大分別,不過不失。

雪糕甜中帶鹹,雪糕裡有點冰粒,由於這裡的冷氣不太夠,在此情況下食這款雪糕,份外舒服、好味。

公司附近新開的九號水產一直都想去試試,當中最期待專食活蟹料理的蟹筵,前晚收工終於同男友去食。兩個人點了晚餐澄,前菜是海膽蟹凍,用蟹熬湯做的啫喱,入面仲有好多蟹肉,再加埋甜甜的北海道海膽同埋 Wasabi 蟹子,感覺好Fresh,好開胃。跟住仲有鱈場蟹腳刺身,蟹肉夠鮮甜仲好爽,完全唔使點鼓油wasabi 已經好好食!兩個人仲可以 Share 原隻蒸毛蟹食,比起點醋食,餐廳俾返一碟毛蟹蟹膏點返蟹肉食,就更加鮮味同埋有特色。去到最後仲有個鱈場蟹 Shabu Shabu,自己放蟹鉗落去滾,待應有提我哋唔好滾太耐,大約3-4分鐘就夠,食完火鍋之後,原來個蟹鍋湯底仲會用來煮蟹粥,個粥底本身蟹味好濃,再加咗蟹膏味噌落去煮,真係又香又鮮!成個餐計埋甜品雪糕有九道菜式,每道都好精緻,真係由頭食蟹食到尾,勁豐富!

去到最後仲有個鱈場蟹 Shabu Shabu,自己放蟹鉗落去滾,待應有提我哋唔好滾太耐,大約3-4分鐘就夠,食完火鍋之後,原來個蟹鍋湯底仲會用來煮蟹粥,個粥底本身蟹味好濃,再加咗蟹膏味噌落去煮,真係又香又鮮!

剛剛行過新的九號水產,入內一看,見到很大的蟹池,隻隻生猛的蟹,當然入內試試,服務以黃埔花園來講,真是一流,你們一定要試試!午餐以定食為主,刺身很新鮮,問服務員有甚麼刺生,他們數家珍地介紹,比甚麼三星餐廳更詳細,但不會硬推,你可以食到新鮮合適的食物,更覺得一份關心,真是好到下次再要來一次o晚餐以蟹為主,兩個餐"澄"及"泉",泉有的餸澄都大部分有的,當然要試下蟹刺身及毛蟹,平時很少機會食到,果然好野,每個菜式都很特別,唯一不好是要等太久,經理及服務員見到都幫手追,錯不在他們,好野自然人多要等,係日本是排隊,現在坐低等而且有人跟進,已經不錯了!環境很特別,有四間房,而且有香港少有的Tatami房,一行八人就最好不過,下次一定要試!

剛剛行過新的九號水產,入內一看,見到很大的蟹池,隻隻生猛的蟹,當然入內試試,服務以黃埔花園來講,真是一流,你們一定要試試!


午餐以定食為主,刺身很新鮮,問服務員有甚麼刺生,他們數家珍地介紹,比甚麼三星餐廳更詳細,但不會硬推,你可以食到新鮮合適的食物,更覺得一份關心,真是好到下次再要來一次o

晚餐以蟹為主,兩個餐"澄"及"泉",泉有的餸澄都大部分有的,當然要試下蟹刺身及毛蟹,平時很少機會食到,果然好野,每個菜式都很特別,唯一不好是要等太久,經理及服務員見到都幫手追,錯不在他們,好野自然人多要等,係日本是排隊,現在坐低等而且有人跟進,已經不錯了!

環境很特別,有四間房,而且有香港少有的Tatami房,一行八人就最好不過,下次一定要試!

食完呢餐飯, 諗住去呢間鋪既facebook反映下, post左comment之後, 過一陣想再睇返你地有無回覆, 結果反而比你地滅聲, 打開門口做生意, 連食客既意見都唔接納, 可悲!

好老實講呢餐飯我同朋友兩個人用左3000幾蚊, 但係換黎既係食鱈場蟹腳和細毛蟹,鱈場蟹膏和蟹身完全不翼而飛, 而且又唔飽, 上菜超慢, 3個鐘食8樣菜, 但係2個半鐘係等, 得半個鐘係食...真係好失望!

之前睇到短片介紹,知道有蟹食,特登黎試。聽朋友食後評麻麻,點個平d嘅餐試,費事界凳😂。食物系合格嘅,但多方面都有d不足,可能新開張關系吧。例如個頭盤海膽湯凍嘅味道偏咸左少少,之後就好快黎個熱湯,但店員無詳細介紹點飮,其實又冷又熱,會牙齒敏感架,個熱湯如後d次序上會好d, 理論上都系由淡至濃,凍至熱咁食會舒服d。其實服務真系特别需要改進,上餐好似打風咁,上一道菜未食完,就放第二度,但其實再上一道嘅食具都未收,你估大排檔咩……夜晚基本上人唔多,但要叫人添茶先有得添耶,雪糕無人問我地要咩味,就落單,但等好耐都未見,原來話鹽味無貨,救命……求其啦,仲搵人再問我食咩味,跟住又等,出黎個綠茶雪糕好似我自己系屋企食家庭裝咁嘅様(亂畢一舊,但散嘅,好似水尾)。可能樓面生手掛,但其實個場嘅環境服務食材真系頂盡收呢個價,同様價錢其實仲有好多選擇,今次試過就算啦。呢個蟹脚無咩味肉勁黐殻,有d論盡非常普通呢個烏冬反而唔錯喂!我有相為証,水尾就唔好俾我啦呢個紅豆雪糕就合格喇
