飲到蜜瓜和杏仁,還有少許打爛的蜜瓜肉,但沒有說好的肉桂。於是把肉桂放進杯內。在烘焙店買原枝肉桂,價錢不算便宜。這杯$48的飲品,竟然付上半枝,期望也不太高。確實沒有浸出香濃的肉桂味。蜜瓜和杏仁的配搭,也不太合我們口味。

豬扒,沒有如傳統做法般炸過。選材加拿大豬扒,厚身,連骨,鋸扒級質素,的確不用炸,也不應炸。切開呈淡粉紅,肉質實而嫩,有嚼勁但不嚡不韌,豬肉味清香。附在骨上的位置特別嫩,旁邊連著少少微爽的脂肪,添上油香,媲美西餐的豚肉,份量亦不相伯仲。何況,豬扒飯不止如此。還有茄醬和飯的功夫,這個價錢是值得的。

新鮮蕃茄醬,濃稠度剛好,不是茶餐廳的深橙紅色燒汁。再加上菠蘿酸甜的汁,味道更是清新。表面見到適量的波點形芝士,溶化在茄醬之中,沒有浮誇、焗至硬硬的一大片。芝士跟茄醬合而為一,蕃茄味滲著芝士香,芝士味滲著蕃茄濃,才是完美的效果。

汁不用多,剛好就夠。飯亦一反蛋炒飯的傳統,改為菜飯。乾身的飯,粒粒分明,又不會過硬,偶爾吃到未轉色的飯焦,增加層次感。拌了不少爽口清甜的菜莖,散發著約隱約現的梅菜香。雖然鐵板底滿佈油光,但飯吃起來乾身而毫不油膩。這是繼伙伙餐廳後,又一個極滿意的焗豬扒飯。焗豬扒飯四處都有,好吃的,卻可遇不可求。竟然一年內找到兩個,實屬幸運。

薑汁撞豆漿,指的是眼前的奶凍。薑味夠重,不太辣,剛好夠過癮,不過甜。吃不到預期的黃豆味,但同時沒有奶味,改稱布丁。布丁超軟滑,輕輕碰一碰碟子,足以使其震騰騰,震上幾秒。再碰,再震。吃了一半,再碰,幾乎倒下來,然後再反彈,企起來。可以想像它的質感。

陸續有來,西多士同樣讓人充滿期待,特別的展現方式將油淋淋的西多變得善良一點
層層相疊,變得紥實並重層次感的西多士膩度大降,香口得很
花生醬朱古力榛子醬再度帶來鹹甜組合,潤香濃郁,怎會不愛?
配作蘸點的有平常慣用的牛油及糖漿,要抱怨的就只有份量太小件,真係未夠喉

這次由於時間及日程安排關係,只擇兩款比較特別的甜品嚐嚐,沒有點選其他主食
單就甜品而言,其實也不失是特色港味好去處,亦期待店方推出更多新穎款式
可是閱過餐牌及驟看成品,主食價高量少,在不確定因素下未有大力推薦的理由

家香的午餐一向很有水準,無論是食物賣相和味道也很不錯,店員很細心和有禮貌,只是午餐的定價較高,不能經常吃><這次點了special menu的避風塘豆腐魚塊和可樂餅。可樂餅的味道一般,吃著覺得不太熱氣。一直以為是豆腐跟魚塊是分開的,沒想到是豆腐混合魚肉變成了2塊的「魚腐」!雖然上菜的魚塊跟我想像中有點不太一樣,但是魚腐的味道也很好,咸度適中,不會過冧,咬下去有肉汁。唯有要挑剔的是紅米飯,紅米飯只是微暖,不是熱的。飲品點了奶茶,店員很細心的問需要少甜嗎。不過少甜的奶茶還是有點甜,但奶茶真的很好喝,奶味和茶味也很濃。

可樂餅的味道一般,吃著覺得不太熱氣。

一直以為是豆腐跟魚塊是分開的,沒想到是豆腐混合魚肉變成了2塊的「魚腐」!雖然上菜的魚塊跟我想像中有點不太一樣,但是魚腐的味道也很好,咸度適中,不會過冧,咬下去有肉汁。唯有要挑剔的是紅米飯,紅米飯只是微暖,不是熱的。

飲品點了奶茶,店員很細心的問需要少甜嗎。不過少甜的奶茶還是有點甜,但奶茶真的很好喝,奶味和茶味也很濃。

這個千層西多士以時下流行的crepe cake模樣出品,外表炸得鬆化,內𥚃每層都口感軟熟、層次分明。

花生醬與棒子醬交替著塗滿每一層,每有點花生碎,讓口感更豐富,絕不馬虎。

加上牛油、糖醬,味道更像平時吃的西多。但更濃棒子朱古力味,正合我這個朱古力迷的胃口


甜品一如以往的好,但主菜水準有點失望。希望能加多努力在main course上,才對得起這個價錢啊⋯⋯

2. 鴛鴦奶凍—喱個真係重頭戲,一啖食落去,酸酸哋仲要好似食到有汽咁😱我完全唔知食緊啲咩,好明顯奶凍酸嘅,個咖啡底有汽,爸爸話係bacteria fermentation ☠️ 知感覺而家諗返都好驚嚇。雖然內心係好驚恐,但我仍然好冷咁嗌咗個staff過嚟同佢講壞咗,佢個樣半信半疑,但都幫我cancel咗,後尾可以聽到我仲有幾句微言,就拎咗個唔知咩奶醬多雪糕話請我哋食。點知,真係一味還有一味伏。完全食唔到係咩味,總之就好鬼怪,佢仲要highlight喱個甜品「啲客好鍾意架」咁話喎🙄

3. 西餅—喱個係一個阿華田加好立克嘅唔知乜,食落去好甜,個texture先係重點,好有童年味道,因為似足細個好鍾意玩嘅泥膠。

4. 最後個西多—味道都係好一般咁。

回想返成餐飯,我淨係諗起嗰啖酸鴛鴦😖
