啱啱搬來大角嘴無耐,呢間居酒屋已經變成飯堂,刺身壽司一流,熟食還好,但繁忙時間可能要等一等,服務盡力了,因為好明顯根本唔夠人,食過幾次,都係嗰兩個男仔,好似冇其他同事一樣,疑似樓面經理個個,又要介紹Menu、清酒,又要帶位執枱清潔落單,我每次見佢停低喺收銀,先有得飲啖水,真係望到佢都攰,點解唔請多個人?或者電子落單呢?佢有樣嘢幾好,無論忙到面無表情都好,埋單嘅時候,佢都有笑容同啲客講拜拜。呢排見好多小店都關門大吉,連那個都堅持唔到,希望佢哋都撐得到啦,唔係嚟緊又要搵飯堂。

整體黎講小店水準我覺得正常發揮,高質稱不上,食物質素有好有唔好,食材用料幾好,燒物方面有進步空間,服務方面算唔錯,價錢唔算太貴中規中矩,另外一提就係晚上7點半前離座有85折。

住喺大角咀區的朋友仔,今晚特別帶我來到大魚咀區內人氣小店。剛到餐廳門口,已經見到等待入座的食客sssss。朋友仔推介必點的鮮壽司,有10零款壽司,有海膽、吞拿魚、三文魚子等等,款式都算大眾食客鍾意的口味。食壽司,我好講求食材是否夠新鮮,再靚的擺盤但碰上不新鮮的食材,完全係0分,不過呢邊的壽司都幾鮮美,而且性價比高,相當抵食。另外亦試咗清酒煮蜆,味道其實都幾好,不過相比起出色的壽司,不期然變得黯然遜色。

經過奧海城,知道大角咀一帶多高質小店,所以到處逛逛,遇然見到這間店舖。比一般附近的小店,它的舖面較大,坐得比較闊落。我們選了刺身飯及牛舌。一客刺身飯,有沙律、面豉湯。沙律加入醋,感覺新鮮開胃,面豉湯都有正常的水準。活一鮮丼所有刺身都很新鮮,帶子非常出色,飯的質量亦很好,滿滿一碗大滿足。牛舌$25一客,雖然看起來細細件,但足有4塊,吃起來口感好,味道亦適中。除了食物的新鮮美味,亦值得一讚樓面的接待,很有禮。值得再encore~

收銀那位男生似乎特別有個性,對顧客帶點不禮貌!有一枱客人因其他朋友未到,這位店員要求唯一的客人要先幫未到客人點菜,否則要歸還枱面,因為有很多客人排隊!建議大家不要光顧,免得受言語之苦

自選丼定食揀左海膽, 三文魚籽, 帶子, 個樣睇落好好食咁。其實食到好食既海膽真係好多時都係睇運氣, 一食落口有啲苦既, 心情就即刻灰左機。 個飯又好濕, 一舊舊, 好彩帶子都係正常, 三文魚籽都正常, 見到大部分人叫壽司同熟食多, 唯一係個丼飯真係好多飯, 一定會好飽。
