The skin was slightly crispy and golden brown, adding a nice texture to the dish. 
Overall, I would highly recommend chicken rice to anyone looking for a comforting and satisfying meal. The dish is simple yet flavourful, and the combination of tender chicken, fragrant rice, and delicious dipping sauce is truly a winning combination. (10/10)

當晚朋友order了自家品牌希鳥的sake,每人都可揀自己的sake杯,朋友有眼光,一揀就揀中了大廚的杯🙈 最後仲同大廚飲了幾杯。Sake味道上是較易入口的種類,不太好sake的我 另外order了一枝Dark Chestnut Ale,味道特別,比一般黑啤甜少少,帶有陣陣栗子香。
