非常喜歡 吃煙燻雞,從青風街店跟到灣仔店,還是忘不了這裡的招牌菜,雞肉嫩滑,雞皮香脆,那味道令人吃過難忘,連煙燻雞汁也不放過,伴一碗香噴噴的熱飯,真是超滿足的感覺。

其實這間食肆的食物質素非常好,但他們的服務質素非常之差,做壞了他們的名。預先訂的食物竟然連影都看不見,真是接受不到這種服務態度!當然我看見有其他食評給他很好的評價,但我們的確遇上以上的遭遇,吃不飽地離開是我們最後對這間食肆的記憶。

請管理層管理一下員工的服務質素。

太史戈渣,據講好像豆腐那種質地,蒸完之後再放上蹀,再可以醮糖來吃,味道不算特別,只係覺得少許像奶類製品,輕微甜味,但質地比較奇怪,試一次就夠
,不覺得會是令人非常喜愛的食品。

不過這間留家廚房就像私房菜,上到升降機,上到去其實樓面都不太大,因此坐滿曬,顧客也不會多,不知道為何接待處的職員那麼惡劣,我和小嬰臨走在看看其他餐牌有什麼圖片,她粗鄙的將餐牌重新整理,態度惡劣。

蝦子袖皮個蝦子係鋪滿哂袖皮,但係零鮮味,袖皮個樣算完整,冇苦澀味,炆得算軟淋,但勁在成舊袖皮係完全冇味。整袖皮係麻煩,去苦澀味都搞一大輪野,去完苦味基本上袖皮係冇味既,靠個湯底比返啲鮮味佢,個廚師係去完苦味唔記得落高湯去煮?淨係用清水去煮?

焗魚腸又係啲比較少見既菜式,主要係準備功夫太多但賣唔到好價錢就少人整。我係第一次食呢個餸,睇過大約係將魚腸去腥再放落雞蛋到焗。呢個餸一食落去,極腥極臭,就算我落左好多胡椒粉都係完全辟唔到腥味,果種腥味大約係去街市買魚咁臭,不過係個口爆發出黎,絕對係我人生中食過最難食既野🤮🤮🤮食完覺得明將都唔係咁差。之後我有去食過其他餐廳既焗魚腸,人地就完全冇腥味幾好食既,呢個好明顯係餐廳問題啦

食完魚腸我真係成個人呆左,食到懷疑人生,所以個炒飯都唔記得左影。個炒飯炒到乾身但冇飯香味,用既飯太瘦削,料又少又普通,成碟飯冇香味,連普通酒樓都不如


一間餐廳肯去做功夫菜我係欣賞既,但留家可唔可以留意下咩叫好食既功夫菜?一個普通客人唔會因為你果樣餸工序繁複就覺得好食左,最重要係出到黎個味道,果三個功夫菜一係就冇味一係就臭既,其實整到咁你不如唔好整啦


仲有我見到餐廳係話唔用任何味精,呢樣係真既,食完都冇口渴,但係呢唔用味精同唔用調味料係有分別架,廚師係連鹽都唔記得落咁,咁既質素都比得客食?呢間餐廳絕對係我人生中食過最難食既粵菜,千祈唔好去食

之前聽過留家廚房大名但一直冇機會試,有一個星期六想碰碰運氣點都冇位.今個星期六終於book 到.中午到來已經客似雲來. 首先點了香濃的普洱茶,入口香然後點了醉鲍魚,酒香,鮑魚美味.再來個灌湯蛟,湯鮮味料足,又不咸.之前沒有定义燒那就點了义燒飽,一碟三件非常可愛,當也非常美味,相信在香港水準之作數一數二·最後點了黃鱔蛋白炒飯,飯粒粒分明,乾身,好美味及粉果和腸粉. 可以享受美食是一大樂事.
