2月嘅時候曾經黎過留家廚房食午市,當時人唔多,2個人都可以安排到4人枱。果陣覺得留家廚房樓底夠高,透光度不錯,食物質素又可以,所以一直都想再試。今次專登約埋男朋友媽媽星期六下午黎食生日飯,可惜當時book枱時無特別要求,去到時職員就帶左我地去一間細房,同出面相比就會陰暗d,旁邊仲放滿雜物箱。至於食物質素,燻雞的雞皮夠入味,亦都食到淡淡的煙燻味,而雞肉都嫩滑。其他點心的味道就不過不失,不過有樣好就係唔一定要叫一籠,可按喜好點唔同的數量,最少2件起。點心大約$40-$55一籠。總括黎講,呢道都係唔錯,職員態度都好友善,但如果係想要有好的環境,一定要book枱時講明坐出面,唔坐房。

涼拌醉鮑魚:鮑魚很柔軟,酒味香,很好吃!
杏汁菜膽燉白肺:這湯分量比想像中要多,湯多食材也多,除了瘦肉、菜膽,還有瑤柱和豬肺,豬肺很好吃。至於杏汁的香味,我覺得再濃一點更好,同行的兩位朋友則認為剛剛好。
留家煙燻雞:這是用鮮雞所制,有雞味,煙熏味也很香。我本是不吃雞皮的,也忍不住吃了。除了雞皮,雞肉也有香香的煙熏味,而且肉質嫩滑,真心推介。

另外想一提的是,一個中年侍應和一個女士應給我的印象不太好,因為我們向他們招手,但他們在我們的桌旁走過,也對我們的呼喚視而不見。相反,一個比較瘦身材的男侍應就值得一讚,即使身在遠處,看到我們招手,也快速的走過來提供服務。

遠在天后店時我就幫襯,喜歡煙熏雞🐔的味道,其他地方食不到的,用的是走地雞,不單如此,很多菜式都做得不錯。可是近來覺得似乎退步了,味道沒變,變的是食材沒有以前的好,用了差些的雞,對比之下沒有優勢了。幸好另一個菜還保持水准。野山椒肉碎燜冬瓜,這也是特別的菜式,廚師用普通的食材做出非常吸引好味的菜,確是創意非凡,值得推薦,蝦米肉碎加上少少辣的野山椒,將冬瓜煮成山珍海味,好睇又好食,很佩服廚師的靈巧,用❤之作。
