8月2日,同家人去慶生,一早已訂了數個菜,當天晚飯6:30到,只有幾枱客,同侍應溝通完,再加道菜,等了20分鐘左右,白肺湯到,好味!之後上了些頭盤,太史戈渣、留家叉燒、酥炸普寧豆腐、豬腳凍、酥炸大腸,不過不失,之後上煙燻雞和柚皮羅漢上素,就停咗,差不多食完但蟹籽海皇炒飯還未上,問侍應check 完,話漏單,ok, 咁咪等下,誰知等了20分鐘都未有,再追,話做緊,ok ,又等了20分鐘,算!唔黎就算,叫上壽包,已問那位好似高級點又上了年紀的男侍應(應該是部長吧)問他壽包要等多久,佢話5-6分鐘,ok10分鐘後,又無,那個男侍應直頭唔理唔跟進,直係火都黎,前後等了50多分鐘,蟹籽海皇炒飯及壽包是幾日前已訂,唔係後加單,投訴咩,佢哋話唔關樓面事,見我哋發火,埋單,就馬上拿碟芝痲卷放枱面加句送你哋食,就即刻閃,我哋已經即刻話唔要,唔好浪費!總括:食物ok, 但服務就太差,不值這個價錢,沒有下次,很差的慶生飯😡😡😡

留家叉燒 🐖 以豬嘅脢頭嘴部位製作,水準的確拍得住某幾間星級中菜餐廳。叉燒嘅肉質夠腍而不會過實,燶邊位置非常正正,其他位置鬆化易咬,蜜味醃製得剛剛適中,不會過甜。絕對係qualify為留家嘅招牌菜。


杏汁菜膽燉白肺 🐽 🫁🍲一拎起🥄就知非常足料,潤一潤、補一補,啖啖都嚐到香濃嘅杏仁味道😌


留家煙燻雞 🐓 ,經玫瑰露及豉油醃製後,再煙燻,一上菜就聞到陣陣香味,鮮雞皮薄肉滑,但個人認為整得再入味啲會更加好食🥴


最後壓軸出場嘅係蔥油拌竹升麵 🍜 嘩!條條都非常彈牙,亦冇乜鹼水味,再加上惹味的蔥油,教我如何不愛它?😌

炒貴刁都同樣有鑊氣,而且唔會過份油膩。


整體嚟講食物有水準質素高,環境亦坐得舒服。唯一係侍應服務好有進步空間!我本身對服務都算無乜要求,喺香港食呢啲幾百蚊一餐都唔會求有咩特別好服務,做到基本嘢就得,但個別侍應連基本都做唔到,希望餐廳可以改善下。

是次一行4大2小,到呢間樓上舖慶祝友人生日。點了4個菜式,人均$350,屬貴價,但高質之餐廳。走進餐廳,內裡有些裝修,環境唔錯,枱頂還有一缸金魚,效果獨特。打開餐牌,有好多菜式都想點,尤其係陳皮鴨腿湯,可惜朋友嫌貴,沒法試,有點遺憾。最後點了叉燒,鹽焗雞(雞鴨類要一天前預訂),魚湯什菜煲及薑葱蝦籽竹昇面。看似普通的菜,意想不到是每道菜都用心煮,比出面酒樓好味好多,不在一個檔次的。(1)先講叉燒,是即場燒制,所以等得比較耐,而入口鬆軟但有咬口,入味而味厚,個個爭住食。(2)鹽焗雞,非常嫩滑,又好入味,而家都好大隻,餐廳還很貼心,分開2碟,每碟半隻,方便大家夾黎食。(3)什菜煲,雖說是幾種菜灼熟,再加粉絲蝦米煮出黎,不過,用料上乘,蝦米是厚身大粒,食起上黎口感好好,加上魚湯濃郁,令到啲菜味道也濃厚,最後連湯都飲哂。(4)最後係蝦籽面,看似簡單,但面爽,無鹼水味,蝦籽份量適中,不太咸而味道足,配上薑葱,就成了又香又有口感,又爽口好味既蝦籽撈面了。因成餐都唔係飲好多水,證明無乜味精。總結: 以味道層面看,是十分值得推介。但一分錢一分貨,價格也跟質素一樣是高。如果想食好野既你,就值得一試了。
