今日同媽咪去咗類似茶餐廳,但係質素絕對係酒店及質素的食物。真係意想不到。而來到時正正是下午茶。先來各自燒鵝灬雙拼飯更係要試下燒腩仔再配睇落唔特別但飲落檸檬非常新鮮冇苦澀味的檸檬水燒鵝瀨粉再加一杯熱飲奶茶茶走!滿足到一個點覺得自己好幸福可以用這個價錢食到咁高質嘅食物。皮脆肉滑,鮮味十足。而家好難食到有奶粉嘅地方這個奶粉是、而且大大碗其實真係食唔晒。豆豉鯪魚油麥菜另外這個家常餸好似非常簡單的,但是只看材料豆豉鯪魚一啲都唔慳,勁多。我一啲都唔太油膩。而油麥菜仍然質地是爽爽脆口的。胃口大開,再來蠓伃肉碎粥($58包飲品)這個簡直不得了,因為蠔仔肥嘟嘟,而且大大粒這個湯底是用魚熬製從這個湯,因為是白雪雪的湯底非常之鮮味。等我….. 好快再來!

平時放工晚餐時間都見呢間~大壹燒鵝~ 都排曬隊。 今日放工OT,遲左啲經過,見條隊無咁長,一於幫襯下先。排隊時爭取時間睇下食咩好,見到有個二人餐抵食幾吸引。二人套餐有例湯、飲品、白飯、燒味雙拼同自選小菜兩款,小菜仲有成39款揀👍。叉燒拼香妃雞, 好彩及時嗌到叉燒,因為嗌咗冇幾耐就聽到師傅話冇曬叉燒喇。✌️ 叉燒好鬆軟多汁,香妃雞肉都好嫩滑。菠蘿咕嚕肉, 咕嚕肉份量多,裏面除咗菠蘿仲有粒無花果,令都醬汁好鮮甜,無花果都好食👍。椰菜粉絲櫻花蝦煲,呢個椰菜煲幾驚喜,上枱時 熱辣辣香噴噴,裏面有肉碎、櫻花蝦、瑤柱,食落超惹味,食唔停口。食到好飽,好滿足。

一個人去堂食早餐,有三四枱沒有人,每枱有人多數一人坐一枱,待應堅持要搭枱,明白茶餐廳繁忙時間係應該搭枱,但當時並非繁忙有至少三四張吉枱而且之前客人都是一人一枱,完全不理解點解一定要搭枱,而且待應態度惡劣地要求本來是比較喜歡的茶餐廳,經常早餐晚餐都會光顧,經此番體驗,以後都唔想再去了……………………………………………………………………………….......

今晚和朋友來到藍田的「大壹燒鵝」食晚飯,餐廳在啟田道,離地鐵站只是幾分鐘路程,很方便。餐廳有半層閣樓雅座,環境寬敞,座位舒適。一看餐牌,就被$288的二人套餐所吸引,可以任選三小菜,包括燒味雙併,有白飯和例湯。「足料老火湯」:有豬骨、五指毛桃、紅棗煲的老火靚湯。「叉燒拼油雞」:果然是燒味專門店,叉燒肥瘦適中,爽口彈牙,油雞是雞髀,肉質嫩滑,口感非常好。「馳名紅酒會牛尾」:一大鍋,份量不少。牛尾炆得腍軟入味,由於經紅酒炮製,去除羶味,所以特別美味。配菜還有薯仔、鮮茄、紅蘿蔔等,相當豐富。「話梅炆豬手」:一樣是大碟頭,豬手爽滑而不肥膩,配上子薑、話梅,酸酸甜甜,非常惹味。未到七點,餐廳已幾乎滿座,可見非常受歡迎。「大壹燒鵝」的小菜值得一讚。

放工嚟藍田搵朋友攞啲嘢,順便一齊食晚飯。由友人帶路,嚟咗啟田大廈地下呢間「大壹燒鵝」。聽朋友講,餐廳嘅燒味主廚正是澳門一間星級食府出身,而晚飯小菜亦做得有板有眼,絕對不比大酒樓失色。我哋點咗個二人行超值套餐 ($288),個套餐包 2 位用老火靚湯同白飯,另外仲可以任選三餸,配熱飲+$5,而凍飲就+$7。是日老火湯為合掌瓜豬骨湯,湯水味道非常清甜,用料十足,滋潤解燥。熱奶茶濃郁順滑,茶味香得嚟又唔苦澀;而凍檸茶亦冰涼舒爽,酸度適中,飲落好 refreshing!大壹叉燒皇拼玫瑰豉油雞:叉燒選用肥瘦適中嘅梅頭肉炮製,食落肉質好軟嫩,富肉香和醃製醬料嘅滋味。油雞水準亦不俗,雞肉嫩滑,豉油汁清甜濃稠,用嚟送飯一流!椒鹽鮮魷個脆漿好薄身,火候掌握得恰如其分,外層炸至酥脆,而內裡嘅魷魚肉亦夠晒嫩口,椒鹽味適中又唔韌,絕對係下酒佳選。另外碟菠蘿咕嚕肉亦屬水準之作,唔單止賣相靚仔,而且食落肉味好香濃,外脆內鬆化,吃時還帶點油脂甘香。配料有無花果、蕎頭、菠蘿同三色椒,呢個配搭非常新穎,加上自家調製嘅甜酸醬汁,開胃醒神。

燒味雙拼(叉燒皇+玫瑰豉油雞)
叉燒半肥瘦,外身焦脆,肥瘦肉比例剛好,肥既部分入口即溶,加埋蜜汁夠晒惹味
豉油雞仲係雞比上,十分抵食,咬落啖啖都係肉,雞肉已吸收了豉油,好入味,連皮食仲滋味。

食過堂食及外賣燒味飯,覺得味道都OK,所以今日專登外賣1斤叉燒,百幾蚊1斤叉燒,問佢攞一個薑蓉,個阿姐非常串同我講,叉燒不設付薑蓉,如果要薑蓉要額外收$2蚊1個,唔係嘛!?講真丫,佢D燒味比起同區真係唔係叫做平,買百幾蚊野1個薑蓉都要收錢,第一次遇到咁既食肆,得啦.....都唔多講,列入blacklist,以後唔幫襯!
