呢間餐廳走港式中西fusion路線,比較少見,好特別,而且亦餐廳裡面都有酒吧檯,放工同同事或者朋友來食下野傾下計都幾適合。餐牌係九龍皇帝嘅塗鴉,好有特色!港式鹹檸炸雞炸雞嘅肉好軟滑,外皮炸得幾香脆但又唔太油膩,個酸甜醬帶檸檬嘅鮮味,好好味,不過就略嫌D醬唔夠多!同埋呢間餐廳嘅餐碗好有特色,尤其係呢個碗,形狀好似號角,有石頭花紋。避風塘芝士蟹腸粉中式嘅蒜片同香蔥配西式嘅芝士,呢個配搭好新好得意。蟹肉好多而且好鮮甜,芝士醬撈埋蒜片、香蔥、蟹籽同蟹肉來點腸粉食,口感豐富,但又唔係太膩!蔥油餅蔥油餅好鬆脆,香蔥味濃,整得好好!因為個芝士蟹腸粉淨返好多芝士醬,所以我用來點呢個蔥油餅一齊食,幾好嘅配搭!

今天大老遠跑去沙田面試,回來後就在灣仔這家Fusion菜吃晚餐。店裏也有賣酒。有高身吧台位置。也有普通用餐區,店面小小。他們家的碟子都很好看。有兩顆大帶子,下面墊了豆苗,還有一碗湯倒下去混合吃。帶子外脆內軟,完全不老,鮮甜。豆苗泡湯也很好吃,整體很鮮味,賣相也很好看。在OR看到很多人都點了,避風塘口味的腸粉太有趣了。鹹香味濃,有不少的蟹肉,料很足。腸粉都煎過再上料汁,所以很入味。乳鴿肉很香,旁邊的南乳醬味道很讚。伴菜有炸蓮藕片,澆上腐乳醬意外地搭。還有兩顆鵪鶉蛋,很有意境的一道菜。

呢間餐廳比到我既驚喜之處係fusion菜做得成功,雖然餐牌上食物選擇唔算好多,但勝在每樣水準都高,做到「貴精不貴多」。同埋大部份食物做法都係較濃味既,啱曬送酒,飲飲食食一生一大樂事也。
