已經忘了有多久沒來灣仔吃晚飯了,這晚經朋友推介來到這間酒吧,一嚐充滿港式情懷的fusion菜。望著餐牌實在太多東西想試,最後聽取店員意見點了兩個主菜。第一個就是這個超惹味又邪惡的避風塘芝士蟹腸粉!芝士醬實在多到一個點,而味道是超香濃,很像在吃芝士龍蝦的味道!而腸粉用避風塘的調味煎過,帶微微香脆的口感。每一啖腸粉加上芝士,還有絲絲的蟹肉和粒粒的蟹籽,真的好高層次的享受啊!第二個推薦的主茶就是這個話梅乳豬,擺盤好有藝術感覺呢。 乳豬皮烤焗的透薄香脆,而下面有一層層薄薄的肥膏和嫩滑多汁的肉,口感非常豐富。重點當然是要蘸一下旁邊的話梅蓉(醬)和薯蓉,兩者的質地都很幼細嫩滑,酸酸甜甜的完美地令整道菜很開胃又不油膩!下一次找個合適的時間再來喝喝酒,和試試其他主菜!

蔥油餅份量唔細,香口好味,醮上黑蒜旦黃醬一齊食就十分滋味!

港式咸檸炸雞,皮脆但鷄肉鮮嫩,又好好食,送啤酒真係一流!

豆瓣醬浸椰菜花,做法又幾特別喎,中式配料西式煑法,醬汁入味又唔咸
椰菜花特別爽口!

話梅乳豬似燒豬但皮不是脆的,肉質就夠腍滑,配以薯蓉一齊食,十分好味!

大大杯嘅手工啤,呢隻Cereusly好濃果子味,加上食物同環境氣氛,非常enjoy!

好多人都介紹嘅Fusion 餐廳,OpenRice 得讚無踩,又見啲菜式名幾特別,就即管去試吓😂。港式咸檸炸雞($158): 六件炸雞用個好似犀牛角嘅容器係幾photogenic, 不停影相,但食落去只係普通到冇得再普通嘅炸雞,又吾夠味,皮略厚🤷🏻‍♀️好彩員工非常有心,幫我問廚房攞咗一碟醬俾我慢慢點,但個味真係冇咩特別,係酸酸地咁囉。避風塘芝士蟹腸粉 ($168): 真心,完全冇避風塘味,芝士醬睇落去好似好多,但事實係撈完就發現吾係好夠,而且芝士醬本身味比較淡,再直接d講,就係完全無味,好彩蟹份量係足,但有點乾哽,腸粉皮偏厚😓。蓮藕片($48):成餐飯最好食嘅一樣野,炸得好薄,香口,同腐乳醬又意外幾match👍🏻。朋友去飲杯酒叫個小食係可以嘅,但正餐我就唔建議去啦🥺

返工咁大壓力, 放工最好就緊係去Happy Hour 輕鬆一下, 灣仔汕頭街呢到好多獨特酒吧餐廳, 最適合上班族黎打躉。 坐係餐廳入面望住外面寧靜的街道特別有感覺  點了個恰巴塔包 + 黑蒜蛋黃醬塔包外面非常脆口, 但內裡鬆軟, 配上一點點黑蒜蛋黃味令味道層次提升。 糖醋豬腩塊, 賣相不錯, 每塊厚度, 肉與脂肪平均, 口感豐富, 肉質細嫩, 配上蒜泥野味, 再跟上的醬帶點甜味令人想一食再食。港式咸檸炸雞, 相賣非常特別, 以號角做器皿, 炸雞外脆內幼嫩, 但雞味不多, 外面充滿濃烈咸檸味, 再加點檸檬汁, 口感豐富, 配啤酒最佳之選。

利東街又有展覽,原來舊年也有同樣的展品,打了一圈興趣大減,於是乎走去了隔鄰的汕頭街。汕頭街兩旁好多食肆,有酒吧,咖啡店,日式拉麵店...一個小社區,沒有利東街的熱鬧,多了一份寧靜悠閒感。入了一間酒吧餐廳,主打酒類和輕食。還有輕妙的音樂倍襯。Watermelon Honey Cold Brew Tea味道清新,帶微酸,適合這幾天潮濕天氣,舒服感覺。McDull是我最愛的豬腩肉......嘜兜經常掛在口邊。原來是慢煮豬腩肉,採用了糖醋來調味,絕對不是中式那種酸甜感覺。醬汁濃稠惹味。肉質軟腍。最鐘意有紅蘿蔔和青瓜絲,增加了層次和嚼口感。Ciabatta是一種意大利麵包,外脆內軟。蘸著黑蒜蛋黃醬,味道濃而不膩,不錯的小吃。Apple strudel Dumpling 好有特色的一個甜品。用了餃子皮包裏著蘋果茸,菠蘿粒和朱古力碎。看似甜膩,甜度卻恰到好處。炸過的餃子有煙韌的口感。

是我最愛的豬腩肉......嘜兜經常掛在口邊。原來是慢煮豬腩肉,採用了糖醋來調味,絕對不是中式那種酸甜感覺。醬汁濃稠惹味。肉質軟腍。最鐘意有紅蘿蔔和青瓜絲,增加了層次和嚼口感。

好有特色的一個甜品。用了餃子皮包裏著蘋果茸,菠蘿粒和朱古力碎。看似甜膩,甜度卻恰到好處。炸過的餃子有煙韌的口感。

今天路經灣仔汕頭街看見這間以酒吧裝修格調,但卻用 「港 」字作為店名的小店。 設計對比十分特別,看餐牌原來是一間混有港菜特色的fusion小店。 用上港式特別的菜式有花雕雞肝醬丶豆豉鯪魚凱撒沙律丶港式鹹檸炸雞丶話梅乳豬,看名已令人十分想試試這特色風味菜式。 可惜今天不太肚餓,所以只好點了沙律和乳豬兩款菜式。 沙律菜上混了經過特別調味的豆豉鯪魚及parmesan芝士絲,混在一起吃有說不出的中西合璧感覺。 至於話梅乳豬的配搭更是一絕,乳豬的皮非常脆口,皮下的肉卻非常嫩滑,兩種完全不同的硬軟對比,再加上伴碟的薯仔話梅醬一起舔食,非常特色又美味。

炸雞用上牛角外型既碗裝上,十分有趣,炸雞外面充滿醬汁,食落滿有驚喜,以為會好似飲咸檸檬水咁好酸,但廚師將酸甜味控制得好好,食落好開胃,而炸漿薄薄一層包住雞肉,吾會食到好厚既炸漿,最重要係炸雞已經去骨,啖啖肉,滿足左食肉獸既慾望,十分滋味。
