上網睇佢哋食嘅嘢都幾特色,咁就叫埋朋友一齊去食,順便祝賀佢哋屋企有新成員 =)。我哋大概 1930 去到,點菜嘅時候發現唔少菜式都已經沽清,我哋去到嘅時候主食掙係得返一樣,真係有啲愕然。不過都 Okay,我哋都搵到想食嘅幾味菜。「糖醋豬腩仔」(HKD78),用豬腩肉包住啲紅蘿蔔絲,加埋個醬汁好清新,好好食嘅開胃小食。跟住上嘅係「蔥油餅」(HKD48) 配「黑蒜蛋黃醬」(HKD48)。黑色嘅醬汁,但係食落去係蛋黃醬,幾得意。之後我哋加多個「恰巴塔包」(HKD48) 同「士多啤梨乳清乾酪」(HKD78)。比較之下,鍾意「包」多個「餅」,因為「包」長型 ,方便食佢哋啲醬。我點嘅「‘港’式咸檸雞」(HKD158),一聽個名已經夠曬吸引。鍾意檸檬同雞肉嘅我,點會唔點依個;幸運嘅係,佢都係當晚唯一剩返嘅主食,所以點都係點佢啦。賣相似韓國炸雞,我以為佢會係有類似跟咸檸醬嘅炸雞,但其實佢係將啲調味放曬入去啲炸粉同醃肉度,同埋係去骨雞!真係啖啖肉,啖啖咸檸味。「避風塘芝士蟹腸粉」(HKD168)。賣成百幾蚊嘅「腸粉」真係未食過,都幾期待。一嚟個賣相已經贏咗,芝士加蟹肉真係又係無得輸,最正嘅係佢啲腸粉都做

味道無得輸啦,咁樣嘅港式 Fusion 菜都係第一次食,除咗因為個人唔太食辣其中一味菜唔係特別喜好之外,其他都好好食。正。
環境:✮✮✮✮
舖頭對街,中門大開嘅格局,好在係橫街掘頭路盡頭,基本上無車,所以灰塵同噪音唔算特別犀利;係後尾有啲飲醉咗嘅外國人喺度擾攘(始終佢都算係酒吧),所以差少少;不過果陣都開始夜,我哋都差唔多走,影響唔大。

小店可能職員唔夠,有時候都要等一陣,好在我哋去時間唔算多人,都 Okay。見到個職員傳菜之餘仲會同我哋解釋每道菜其實係咩嚟(Fusion 菜佢唔解釋其實唔會知係咩嚟),算好好嚕。
衛生:✮✮✮✮
中門大開嘅地舖係要提防多塵土,但夜晚基本無車所以無問題,倘若有車就好難講。
抵食:✮✮✮✮✮
價錢合理,食物質素仲要無得輸 xP。
