之後就是老闆推薦的cherry kola 牛腩腸粉,真沒想過在一家西式餐廳能吃到一份比起很多中式餐廳都好吃的腸粉。牛腩的煮法是西式的,配上腸粉,出奇的好吃,而且有一些蔬菜絲,整個碗搭我是很欣賞的。

最後出場的是港式咸檸炸雞,老闆笑說這肯定比KFC 好吃一百倍,果然沒錯,皮脆肉嫩,雖然很熱氣但我仍吃了三大件,唯一的是,平常吃得比較清淡的我覺得有一點咸,但同行朋友覺得剛剛好,而且大家一直認為吃得很爽。

呢道菜非常特別,無諗過腸粉可以用呢種西式煮法加工烹調,而整個味道一啲都唔怪,反而意外地夾!芝士好濃郁,再加埋新鮮蟹肉,為本土的腸粉帶來另一種味道。

最後我跟女友分別叫左McDull、Crispy Prawn Angel Hair(龍蝦汁雙面黃)、Mama Mia(西瓜.米酒),McDull就係豬腩肉食落外脆內軟,配埋糖醋汁酸酸甜甜好易入口。 Crispy Prawn Angel Hair就更加驚喜,好濃的龍蝦汁和大大隻King Prawn,上枱時仲會點火,食落有少少酒味,連炸麵食另有一翻風味,大力推薦。 最後的Mama Mia,是一杯cocktail ,入口酒味不會太多,加埋少少西瓜味和米酒味,雖然味道不太特出,但性在易入口,好適合女仔。

另外,我地仲叫左豆瓣醬浸椰菜花($78),就咁望落去唔係好覺佢有落到豆瓣醬,但食落口又真係有BO!椰菜花都幾爽甜,呢個配搭都幾新穎有趣。

我地叫左個蔥油餅($48)配黑蒜蛋黃醬($48),蔥油餅唔係平時我地去台灣食到果種,佢GE口感比較似烤餅,但比較軟身少少,同埋入面有少少蔥花,個餅唔會太油,輕脆GE,配搭埋個黑蒜蛋黃醬真心未試過,但佢地有意外地夾過WOR,我諗店家應該試過唔少離奇GE 組合先會有呢D特色菜出爐。
