平日行過百樂中心隔離條街, 永遠見到好多人排隊上去, 但係呢原來就係地面,就已經有間好正居酒屋, 可以話食好西其實近在眼前。 每次去到居酒屋都會睇下佢地是日推介, 因為師傅總會將最新鮮、最時令既食材特別寫出黎一向覺得佢地係必食。 九鬼推介- 燒帆立貝 帆立貝真係好新鮮,比我隻手仲要大隻 兩片帆立貝超鮮味,連帶子裙邊都係超鮮味。 小食方面 叫了一份章魚小丸子, 街頭小食得黎,其實做得好食都唔易呀, 佢粉漿唔會太厚,食落唔會太厚粉, 外皮仲係好脆 饅魚丼 因為天氣凍,都想叫點主食暖一暖, 饅魚丼就最好不過,又有飯,燒饅魚又係咁好食, 當然不能夠錯過。饅魚都幾厚切 串燒方面,推介牛舌芯及五花肉, 總覺得串燒係居酒屋必食之一, 花肉燒出黎係脆,除左佢外皮,肉既部分係脆 牛舌芯係厚切牛舌-裡面充滿牛香味 而家仲有清酒之旅promotion $260 6款無限添飲,2個鐘 以居酒屋黎講,真係好抵呀。
