日式炸串在香港沒有燒鳥那麼普及,算起來可能只有數家店,但烹調炸串的技術絕不比燒鳥少。要做到香脆不油膩,是相當考師傅的功力。店裡目前供應兩款分別是十串和十二串的套餐,第一次來,就先試試入門級的十串吧!一開始先來前菜三小碟,有明太子薯仔沙律、意大利青瓜配雞肉麵豉和鰤魚刺身。炸和牛西冷配黑松露醬串。先吃一口原味,炸漿好薄好脆,一咬下去就卡滋響。和牛粒油份剛好,不會太漏。第二口配上黑松露醬,味道再濃郁一些,不需要額外沾醬已經很夠味。炸天使蝦。肉質挺結實,頂部加了蝦膏,味道超濃郁,亦可以配一些密糖芥末醬。韮黃雞柳卷。雞柳肉質很嫩,又多汁,帶淡淡的韮黃香味,再配上自家製的特色炸串汁,味道更豐富。油菜花鰆魚。不得不讚炸串卷得好,就算咬一半,魚肉和油菜花都沒有散開。鰆魚和油菜花都是春天當造的食材,麻薯豆腐。用做麻薯的手法做的豆腐,所以口感比較綿密,有點黏性,豆腐味也很濃,配上醬油啫喱,好清新亦好好味。竹筍。在炸之前已經煮過,所以竹筍很入味,而且在炸漿上再加上木魚絲,吃的時候配鰹魚汁,因而多了一份鮮味。櫻花卡門培爾芝士。炸過的芝士呈半流心狀態,上面加了一片鹽漬櫻花作點綴,不過吃起來沒什麼味道。炸帆立貝。

甜品是芥末雪糕配最中餅或者是雞蛋布甸配蕨餅,兩款都有吃到,芥末雪糕挺特別的。

本來以為只有十款炸串,份量沒有很多,應該不會太飽,但吃到第八串左右就已經開始覺得飽了,最後幾乎吃不下甜品

在香港要經營炸串店不容易,不過這裡的出品的確有水準,希望多點人來幫襯就好了~
