偶爾經過,入去了,環境有點濟逼,但食物非常好,尤其是雞蛋焗魚腸,必吃!少有地完全沒有腥味,又有魚油香味,超水準!蒜蓉粉絲蒸元貝、風沙雞、蠔餅都好好食!下次和朋友會再去試其他野!

这家饭店的口碑不错,一直都想试试。虽然门面不是很标致,甚至有点旧,但是经常见到不少食客在內,周末期间更是满座。餐牌上的东西就是一般小菜,坦白说不觉得很特别,较为吸引的是价钱不贵,以地点而论,是便宜之选。随便选了几个小菜,吃完真是有点惊喜。其中较印象深刻的是白饭鱼煎蛋和煎蠔饼。 前者近年已经很少吃,吃时味道是鲜甜,配上煎蛋的香味,是很好的下饭菜。至于煎蠔饼,蠔和粉酱的配搭刚好,煎炸完上桌时卜卜脆,喝啤酒一流。这种菜馆以品质取胜,虽然店内装修不怎么样,但值得一试。

随便选了几个小菜,吃完真是有点惊喜。其中较印象深刻的是白饭鱼煎蛋和煎蠔饼。 前者近年已经很少吃,吃时味道是鲜甜,配上煎蛋的香味,是很好的下饭菜。

至于煎蠔饼,蠔和粉酱的配搭刚好,煎炸完上桌时卜卜脆,喝啤酒一流。

这种菜馆以品质取胜,虽然店内装修不怎么样,但值得一试。

約左好朋友聚舊, 朋友提議食大排檔式小炒, 香港地大排檔真係越來越少, 多數都上哂舖, 難得仲可以搵到以前大排檔既味道, 而且價錢平民化, 當然唔可以同餐廳酒樓去比較, 叫做係坐得唔差, 衛生可以接受啦 ! 當然最主要都係食物, 可能自己比較喜歡食雞, 呢度既炸子雞皮脆肉滑夠味同 juicy, 有機會再去試下 !  一般三五知己, 又喜歡吹下水, 又可以大聲講大聲笑, 飲下啤酒既,  點都係呢 D 食肆先可以咁暢快 !

豉汁蒸鱔,當中的豉汁,是調較過的豉汁,味道份外的甜。鱔肉非常之嫩滑,而且肉厚,好難得食到啖啖肉,口口肥美的豉汁蒸鱔。這個時候,不是要啤酒了,我們要的,倒是一口白飯。

椒鹽開邊大蝦,我們點兩隻好了,一人一邊已經夠美滿。超正的原因,就是連蝦殼都炒得香脆。咁大隻蝦都可以保持到肉爽,肉甜,除了是師父好功夫之外,就是所用的食材,半點也不馬虎。

在這些老牌中菜館,仲有一樣野幾乎是必吃的,而這一個東西就是焗魚腸了。味道濃,有腥味,但有其他的味道蓋過了。而且,蛋內有一片片油條,很是傳統。大家一口一口地吃,濃味、香味滿口,最重要就是濃味蓋過腥味而又令人吃得出有腥味,這才是焗魚腸的妙。

好開心,好味道,好佬的一個晚上 (雖同行有女仔)。每一個小菜都能令我們滿意,而且大家可以高談闊論天下事,而且不限時,不會被人趕,不怕說話太大聲。說真,在這兒說話一定要大聲,因為檯檯都咁大聲。

到油麻地吃飯遥了軍記菜館,這是ㄧ所感覺仢室内大排檔。价格都好大衆化,但海鮮就略高小小。但有4款套餐都不錯但要收茶費。其它都不用收茶費及加一。蝦仁炒蛋蝦是很大大隻的,風沙雞都很不錯。

今晚3個人揾食搵到黎佐敦,席間有人提議食附近一間小菜叫軍記。環境衛生感覺好一般,如果有潔癖既朋友就真係唔好考慮。佢哋有分套餐、散叫小菜,我地叫左個套餐A,有風沙雞半隻、蒜蓉粉絲蒸元貝、上湯浸時蔬,另外我地再叫左個椒鹽九肚魚、乳鴿。風沙雞夠味既,不過上枱時係凍。上湯浸時蔬就正正常常分量較少。最好食算係個蒜蓉粉絲蒸元貝。乳鴿size唔大所以唔算多肉食。椒鹽九肚魚如果佢上左粉炸完再加椒鹽炸蒜一齊落炒下可能會仲正。

雖然鋪頭唔大,但枱同枱都唔算痴得太埋,唔會聽晒隔離講咩。 btw相中有一枱日本人,自己出去揀海鮮食,龍蝦一上碟,個個都哇哇聲 🤣🤣

兩個餸一個飯一枝大啤,$315埋單,平均一人$160,本人覺得唔算抵,但好少食同區同類型,所以冇得比,俾大家參考下啦 😊

三個人聚餐,食咩好?一於試下呢間算得上近地鐵站既餐廳,方便各人返屋企麻。佐敦地鐵寶靈街出口兩分鐘倒到喇。望住個餐牌,太多款野想食喇,但一見到豉汁蒸鱔,二話不說「叫」!真係好味,鮮味,個汁整得好好味,要嚟餸飯,我地用粉絲點個汁,好正囉!跟住...豉油皇蝦蝦,好夠味!跟住炸子雞半隻,少脆皮,炸蒜,味夠。然後就係一人一隻蒜蓉粉絲蒸扇貝,新鮮!除左海鮮,叫左椒鹽豆腐,脆口。最後點都要叫碟菜既,上湯白菜仔,份量多返少少就完美喇。

蠔餅的整體口感係唔錯,炸得比較見脆口,但亦有人覺得炸得乾身左啲,但我個人喜歡脆口,所以我就覺得唔錯。用的蠔量合理,唔乾身,但體積較小。調味沒有太重,還有點魚露的水位。如果十分滿分,我會比佢7分。至於水煮牛肉方面,牛肉係入味既,而且唔係淨係得芽菜塞得滿滿。呢方面我覺得幾好,因為有啲餐廳會為求減低成本,濫竽充數以芽菜配料代替牛肉。呢個水煮牛肉辣度的定位適中,麻辣兼備。牛肉腍身,易入口。而且我幾鍾意佢啲汁,我仲有攞啲汁來撈飯添。我們還叫了一個沙拉豬扒,個豬扒冇乜特別。同埋我唔係咁鍾意佢本身用嘅叉燒醬醃左,再加沙律醬上去煮,我覺得味道太複雜,而且唔係純粹一個沙拉豬扒。
