今日病病地,看完醫生想吃碗粥,知道元朗都有不少舊粥鋪,這間國記在門口經過好幾次,經常都坐滿人,今日就第一次入去吃。雖然客人都幾多,不過流動得都算快,落完單幾分鐘就又得吃了,而且店入面應該老闆同老闆娘都係到座陣,廚師同侍應加埋都有8-9個人手,不過見腸粉唔係即刻整,師傅會整定幾碟放在蒸櫃。粥底都唔錯,唔係太味精,豬紅夠嫩滑。下次試埋油炸鬼先!

最近見喉嚨有點不舒服,便清清地行去想食碗白粥。一係門口見到個招牌,就知道呢間係老字號,你入到去,服務員就問你食咩。我見到有炒米粉,便叫了一碟細。多數一到中午的時候炒米粉都已經賣完,估不到這間還有。粥有很多選擇其中一個幾特別就是手打肉丸粥。本身都比較想吃艇仔粥,但是都是叫那個碎牛肉粥,一向都很喜歡吃碎牛肉粥。這裏的粥都有分大碗和細碗,米粉可以分為大中小碟。講個味道先,米粉就真的非常普通,可能是早上已經炒定的關係,所以比較硬身。另外那個粥真的非常很有驚喜,軟綿綿的白粥加上碎牛肉真的10分合襯,味道也不會太鹹或者太淡,對沒有胃口來說,也是人間美食,下次也會幫襯。

多數一到中午的時候炒米粉都已經賣完,估不到這間還有。

粥有很多選擇其中一個幾特別就是手打肉丸粥。本身都比較想吃艇仔粥,但是都是叫那個碎牛肉粥,一向都很喜歡吃碎牛肉粥。這裏的粥都有分大碗和細碗,米粉可以分為大中小碟。

講個味道先,米粉就真的非常普通,可能是早上已經炒定的關係,所以比較硬身。

另外那個粥真的非常很有驚喜,軟綿綿的白粥加上碎牛肉真的10分合襯,味道也不會太鹹或者太淡,對沒有胃口來說,也是人間美食,下次也會幫襯。

糕點控特意來嚐砵仔糕。上網一搜,原來元朗區有不少有名氣的中式糕點店舖。今天順道來元朗一趟,就先來國記嚐嚐其砵仔糕!因這間街坊老粥店,除了粥品外,其各式糕品同樣很受街坊歡迎,除了砵仔糕,店舖亦有售賣馬拉糕及蘿蔔糕。砵仔糕分3款口味(黃糖、椰汁及綠茶,可惜小編到時只剩下黃糖跟椰汁2種口味了),於是要了2個椰汁及1個黃糖口味。砵仔糕仍堅持用米磨成米漿做成,現在可謂賣少見少。$10/3個的價錢更是抗通漲,性價比高呢。小編是買了一段時間才回家跟家人品嚐,即使這樣,吃下去的時候口感仍十分軟熟,甜度適中,黃糖味沒有死甜的那種感覺;椰汁味的則帶有椰香;紅豆份量正常,不會煮得過硬,應該是用料的堅持才能有這麼多顧客的支持吧。下次希望能嚐到綠茶口味的砵仔糕!
