第一次係openrice寫食評就係送比呢間態度咁差既餐廳 l我地一行6人觀塘返工,見有傳單派加午市85折就試下。食當日忘記帶coupon 但去到門口時 侍應話午市85折叫我地入去食如是者,我地坐低點餐,話程中我地搞亂左d餐,我同事要改一改order 豈料侍應定唔知店長另轉背細細聲講左句麻煩!仲要同行一位同事都未點完餐佢都走左去最後埋單時張單係冇計85折,要我地再叫佢改單,佢當下問我地有冇coupon,但我地一入黎既時候你地侍應講成個午市做緊折唔洗coupon都可以。老老實實成個時段都係做85折 張單比我地感覺就係想收返我地原價除左食物做得好 服務態度都好重要,間餐廳個裝修都唔似比茶記服務我地啦 真係比茶記呀哥鬧都冇咁嬲!

依家位於觀塘工廠區嘅西餐廳,結合左日式同西式嘅煮法,味道較為輕口味,最為食到原材料嘅鮮味,今次就order 左個tuna tartar同埋豬扒嘅set dinner 。Tuna tartar ($98)作為一道開胃菜,口味唔會太重,tuna 嘅味道好新鮮,有魚嘅鮮甜味。烤加拿大豬扒配芥末汁($218)香梨合桃沙律沙律用左橄欖油去調味,味道好輕盈,而作採用嘅香梨質素都好好,咬落好juicy,味道香甜。黑松露野菌湯上面加左少許黑松露油,聞落已經好香,質感好creamy ,飲落野菌味好突出,咸度適中,旁邊仲配埋一塊好香濃嘅多士,沾埋個湯一齊食,簡直一流呀!烤加拿大豬扒配芥末汁豬扒嘅份量好大好厚切,但係又好易將佢切開,肉呈粉紅色,咬落好嫩口,都幾多肉汁,而佢嘅醬汁就比較淡口味,食哂成碟都唔覺漏。

今天下午去左觀塘APM,順便約左朋友dinner,朋友熟觀塘,帶我去左這間La.Tomokuo,APM行過去也就幾分鐘。6點幾到,鋪頭所在的商場好靜,入到鋪頭最搶眼是牆邊的一長排紅酒,座位都好舒服。吞拿他他:吞拿魚粒新鮮美味,入口軟身,一點腥味都沒有,他他醬汁令吞拿更濕潤,口感豐富,唔錯。要了個set:烤加拿大豬扒配芥末汁  218元香梨合桃沙律:都幾大份,用料新鮮,相當甜的香梨令沙律更好味道。南瓜湯:南瓜味濃郁,不過本人覺得如能加多少少忌廉,可能湯能更香更滑,口味可能會更好點。烤加拿大豬扒:豬扒是厚切的那種,外面烤至少少的金黃色,切開已是看的到的多汁飽滿,豬味濃郁香口,肉質嫩滑有口感,配上芥末汁味道更出色。芝士蛋糕甜品總是讓人嚮往,好濃郁的芝士味,比較軟身濕潤,口感香滑。
