甜品非常有心思,見到幾個層次。最面有焦糖味慕絲,焦糖味嘅甘甘甜甜,慕絲很滑入口即溶得似是雪糕,液態狀嘅焦糖醬上然後唧了幾圓朱古力花,很純很好濃朱古力味。下一層就是更濃味的焦糖忌廉底,加上脆脆的餅底,是非常幸福的味蕾感受!

雖然是一個非常邪惡的甜品,但整體不過甜,兩個人分來吃剛剛好。

一年容易又生日,友人安排了在LAB EAT與我慶生。餐廳裝修以藍色為主調,配上簡單黑白,環境明亮,整體氣氛輕鬆自在。選擇困難症的我們果斷選了二人餐。點餐後店員送上當天的welcome drink,入口帶點檸檬味。法國生蠔配魚子醬,生蠔口感爽滑,不會有過強的海水味,是平易近人的種類。餐包焗得外脆內軟,表皮鬆化可口,不會界口,擺盤亦很精美。傳統手工薄切澳洲和牛生牛肉片薄切的生牛肉片佐以橄欖油、檸檬汁、黑椒、芝士等,除了嘗到牛肉的質感及鮮美,還帶點芝士的咸香。火烤北海道帆立貝帆立貝以半熟呈上,口感軟滑,佐以芝士及白松露油,奶香細滑。法國青蘆筍湯蘆筍打成濃湯,顏色粉綠青春,入口清新。日本黑毛茸菇湯香氣濃郁,質感不會過厚,清爽的濃湯。西班牙紅蝦海膽意大利麵西班牙紅蝦被形容為「有一般野生海蝦的10倍濃香」,實在所言非虛,朋友把蝦頭讓給我吃,真的不要害羞,要好好吸一下蝦頭,蝦膏的鮮美實在不是一般能比擬的!澳洲M5 和牛西冷西冷牛肉味較濃,入口有韌性,愈嚼愈香,不覺肥膩。伯爵茶朱古力榛子脆入口先是清香伯爵茶,榛子味隨後湧出,朱古力作最後的融合。很滿意的用餐體驗!
