這間位於大埔的西餐廳,聲稱自己是一間高級的西方餐廳,但實際上卻讓人大失所望。食物質素與價錢完全不成正比,兩人中午的套餐竟然要收費一千元,但食物卻沒有任何驚喜。牛扒煮得過乾,肉質不嫩,沒有牛肉的香氣,龍蝦更是令人不快,有一股腥味,顯然不新鮮,連醬汁也無法掩飾。其他的配菜和沙拉也很普通,沒有任何特色,只能算上是較好的港式西餐廳的水準。環境方面,餐廳的裝潢還算不錯,有一些西方的風格,但也沒有什麼特別的氣氛。服務方面,餐廳的員工勉強可以接受,但也不太親切,有時候要等很久才能叫到服務員,而且也沒有主動介紹菜單或推薦特色菜。整體而言,這間餐廳的表現完全不合格,不值得再光顧,也不會推薦給其他人。

大埔隱世餐廳fine dining一去到門口就比一個一個木既鋼琴🎹吸引咗,食一個法式西餐,再彈番首歌俾心儀嘅對象聽非常浪漫呀。一入門口就見到一個好大嘅水晶吊燈,場地以酒紅色為主要色調,設計得非常有情調。首先我哋叫咗一個❣️三文魚子泡沫生蠔作為前菜,生蠔超大隻,而且非常鮮甜,上面有檸檬汁嘅泡沫,加埋三文魚子,非常提鮮,仲有金箔點綴。之後就叫咗兩個2人嘅lunch set❣️蝶豆花木魚清湯鯛魚刺身蝶豆花木魚清湯,原本係深紫色嘅,自己可以加上檸檬汁,變成咗淺粉紅色。鯛魚刺身好新鮮,旁邊配搭左石榴蘋果碎青瓜粒,成碟菜式好fresh。❣️波特酒釀葡萄法式鵝肝凍睇落就好似一個水果杯,上面有少少花點綴,鵝肝凍變成咗一個雪糕球咁放咗喺上面,食落好香濃。下面有水果再用一啲葡萄酒浸住,食完鵝肝再食返少少水果,口感冇咁膩。❣️法式龍蝦湯龍蝦湯好濃郁,好明顯係用心熬製嘅湯,入面仲有啲龍蝦肉。❣️澳洲草飼羊T骨扒羊扒嘅份量都好多,好香羊肉嘅味道,醬汁配搭得非常好,羊肉好鮮嫩。❣️海膽扁意粉值得讚嘅係佢啲海膽真係好好味,好鮮甜。佢嘅海膽汁掛滿晒啲意粉,每一啖都好香濃。❣️美女與野獸以藝術混合於一身嘅甜品,佢係以美女與野獸嘅主題

羊扒嘅份量都好多,好香羊肉嘅味道,醬汁配搭得非常好,羊肉好鮮嫩。

❣️海膽扁意粉
值得讚嘅係佢啲海膽真係好好味,好鮮甜。佢嘅海膽汁掛滿晒啲意粉,每一啖都好香濃。

❣️美女與野獸
以藝術混合於一身嘅甜品,佢係以美女與野獸嘅主題,一個玻璃瓶入住一個嘅玫瑰,一打開煙霧離漫,玫瑰花慢慢呈現眼前。玫瑰花識落嘅味道好似紫薯,中間有朱古力餡,唔算太甜幾特別嘅一道甜品

❣️紅酒白酒
餐酒紅酒白酒同樣出色,女士應該會比較鍾意飲白酒,比較甜。紅酒亦都好純,配搭埋紅肉好正。
