聽日放假,今晚收工同朋友去食好嘢,位於佐敦嘅"神燈海鮮酒家"來到發現近乎滿座,好彩仲剩返一二張枱,坐低即叫神燈酒家的拿手菜式。薑蔥龍蝦銀絲煲:成個瓦煲熱辣辣上台,打開蓋即聞到香氣,夠晒鑊氣,份量超多,入口龍蝦肉爽口彈牙,鮮甜無比,每條粉絲都索晒龍蝦膏汁味,香氣十足,食不停口。南非鮑魚啫啫雞:同樣瓦煲上台,有4只超大鮑魚,鮑魚厚身,酒家先鎅刀花令鮑魚喺烹調嘅時候更加入味,鮑魚鮮甜入味,好有口感,雞件醃製入味,肉質嫩滑,咸度剛好。蜜汁脆燒鱔:鱔魚燒得金黃色澤好靚,入口脆爽帶蜜糖味,啖啖肉再淋上檸檬汁,齒頰留香之餘都不感油膩。濃湯一級竹笙浸翡翠:湯底真係用出誠意去煲嘅,非常濃味,竹笙好爽,大大一片大富豪炒飯:炒得非常乾身,粒粒分明,朋友係無飯不歡,食咗2大碗😋最後還送咗牛乳布甸同桂花糕甜品,食完捧住個肚走,今餐大滿足。

坐得好逼嘅佐敦”神燈”,前身係酒局名店新斗記。嘢食好似繼承前身不特只,連開瓶費都係 (free),所以現場都有其他酒局搞緊。不過環境好擠迫,平日夜晚都爆場,我哋同隔籬枱都好埋。食物方面,小炒王同金薯牛係signature,亦都相當唔錯。乳豬有點少,而墨魚和粉絲煲則還好。可以搞酒局嘅餐廳越來越少,無論點都應該要珍惜。

整體來說,食物水準非常高,而且店員姐姐們非常友善,又會主動更換碗筷碟,讓整個用餐體驗更加舒適!餐廳不大,但是坐滿了滿滿的客人,可見食物水準非常高,而且每一台都是點的菜式都不同,可見招牌菜甚多~
