良朋歡聚,約咗去佐敦嘅神燈海鮮酒家食晚飯。上到去,都差唔多坐滿咁滯,相信呢間嘅出品都應該唔錯。未人齊,先叫碟帽子戲法食住先,可以喺6樣小食揀3樣,我哋揀咗滷水鵝掌翼、鴨舌同燻蹄,非常開胃。然後再嚟懷舊蝦多士、招牌焗魚腸、神燈小炒皇同黑松露玻璃燒鵝。蝦多士同小炒皇都唔錯,份量唔細又夠鑊氣。黑松露燒鵝攞到嚟已經好香黑松露味,不過略嫌唔係好夠熱。最失望係砵焗魚腸,太甜,唔夠乾身同冇乜魚腸,失敗。收拾心情,再叫白灼牛三寶、梅菜蒸菜心同豉油皇炒麵。牛三寶新鮮,點嘅豉油好正,加埋大量芽菜仔,好食。梅菜蒸菜心啲梅菜好香甜,洗得好乾淨,冇沙,配合菜心蒸出嚟嘅效果好好。最後碟炒麵有少少失望,唔係好夠鑊氣。不過整體嚟講都係中上水準,所以咁多人捧場。

食物大部份以鍋上,炙熱、夠鑊氣,而且足料有睇頭,仍然評為回頭之選!

糯米炒膏蟹近日時令必試菜式🙌🏻煙韌焦香糯米飯上有一隻膏蟹。蟹蓋上橙黃色硬蟹膏實在好吸引,蟹鉗亦好多肉,非常好食。蟹肉菠菜豆腐有驚喜嘅一道菜。酥脆豆腐上舖上菠菜蟹肉,面頭再加上蟹籽,味道鮮香。黑松露玻璃燒鵝黑忟忟肥美燒鵝,帶有淡淡黑松露香,唔會太搶主角嘅香味。可以蘸酸梅汁或燒鵝汁。蜜汁脆燒鱔燒到金金黃黃,鱔皮香脆。蜜汁香甜加上鱔嘅油香,好誘人,果然係招牌菜之一。啫啫鮑魚雞四大隻厚身鮑魚,霸氣十足。火喉都好足。上菜時仍然啫啫聲。雞件都好多,幾入味。鮮鳳梨咕嚕肉中菜常見菜式,酸酸甜甜好滋味,可以做到外面酥脆內裡嫩滑,不錯。南乳脆香骨六大塊脆香骨,份量十足。如果有醬汁蘸會更開心。
